This dealership will not install tires unless you purchase the tires from them. Rip off. Forced to pay their overpriced prices. Not a safety issue regardless of what is said. Tires purchased and shipped from Tire Rack. Still a no. Just bring your vehicle to a more reputable place.

Belated thanks for the quick help this summer -- in town for a few days and began to notice water pooling on the floor of the front passenger seat. Drove in with no appointment and problem (clogged AC drain) was diagnosed and fixed in no time at no charge. Thanks for keeping our trip going on a great note!

Tried to contact a salesperson, Jerry. I sent an email, provided on website, which notified me two days later the email could not be delivered. I called the following week to a not-so-friendly or enthusiastic receptionist, asking for the salesperson and was put on hold for a while. Finally she picked back up, and I asked for voice-mail which she was the voice-mail. I have not received a call back, and it's been well over a week.

As a prospective customer, I overheard a rule change (credit card payments add a 3% charge to the service bill) that was not told to a customer who brought in their vehicle over 3weeks ago.The woman at the desk said they do not inform customers of changes in payment methods regardless of how long they have serviced their vehicles at this location.That is not fair, right, or customer centered.

got my 2013 car there after 1 year had to bring it in 3 times this last time found out it has several major issues going on and it’s been like that for years . Also came with a battery with battery acid build up all over the bolts very unsafe . Do not go here. very unreliable .
