I used the mobile app and picked up in the drive thru. Everything was in the order. People were friendly. And most importantly the food, including the fries, was hot. Good Experience.

Sometimes it takes a bit to get your order. It's disappointing when you can blatantly see it's slow but takes your food longer than if they are busy.

By far the rudest employee (drive thru pick up window on 10/10/23 at around 5 pm) I've ever come across not to mention our order was completely wrong and we were treated badly about it. We will never return to this establishment. I suggest management do some damage control!!

Ordered through the app. Went there checked in. First window said I was good pull forward. 2nd window gave me my drink and told me to pull up to parking #1. So I pull up. The car behind was told to pull up next to me in parking #2. The car after him was told to pull up and also the 4th car was told to pull up. 5 minutes goes by the car that was behind me got his food. 3rd car got hers. Then the 4th car got hers. 15 minutes of me waiting in parking #1 and I still haven't gotten my food. I go inside and told them I have been waiting for 15 minutes for my food. Everyone looked clueless. They said they took care of all the cars waiting. So, you gave my food away to another car? No answer. That guy (2nd window cashier) told me to pull up to stall #1 to wait for my food. You can literally see my vehicle from the kitchen. I haven't moved for 15 minutes waiting on you guys. So manager rings up my order again and it was done and ready within minutes. Sorry we thought we took care of everyone. We'll give you some coupons. Like seriously there was only two cars ahead of me when I checked in. I could see inside and there was only four people in the lobby eating. It was not busy. I shouldn't have had to wait for over 15 minutes for a 10pc meal. If I never went in, who knows how long I would've been sitting there. Waiting for my food. DO BETTER. KEEP TRACK OF WHO YOU TELL THE PULL UP BY WRITTING DOWN THEIR LISCENCE PLATE. WHEN THEY GET THEIR FOOD CROSS THEIR LISCENCE PLATE OFF. ITS NOT THAT HARD.
