excellent staff at this location!
by far the best usps ive ever used.
the staff are helpful, knowledgeable, and always have answers to any questions i may have.
this is the only location i use, the next closest one to me, is terrible.

Not friendly at all, could not find an outdoor blue mailbox, even at the post office, I had to park across the street and go over and into the post office to ask if they have a drop off mailbox, the woman was pretty rude.

If you need to file a claim for a damaged package, avoid this location at all cost. I dropped off a packet with pictures of a damaged package before and after it was delivered with other documents. I asked if the Post Master could review the packet and let me know if I needed to do anything else on my end. Well, 5 weeks later and several trips to the Post Office to inquire on the status resulted in nothing. Left my number and the PM never had the time to at least call. I was never rude with anyone at the Post Office. I was just trying to complete a legit claim. I ended up going to the Manitowoc PO and was helped the same day by Darren. Very nice and helpful. The front workers at the TR are always great. If you need to submit a claim in TR, good luck.

Full service U.S. Post Office. Pleasant, helpful, and efficient staff. Lines tend to move fairly quickly. Convenient access an parking.

This small town post office is convenient and quick. The drive through its easy to get to and the couple times I've stopped to mail packages there was no line at all.
