Feel the pharmacy is really slow and they should be open a little longer than 6pm or open one day on the weekends.

Came picked up meds in drive, though close to 6 o' clock that night, and next night got called saying we didn't pick up meds. So I had to call them back to tell them the meds had been picked up already they went and checked theBen to find they were gone. So they had to fix it so they knew they had been picked up. Today was just to pick up cold medicine.

I have taken the same 4 medications for 5 years gotten them at this Walgreens had them on auto refill I was there 5 days in a row they filled one medication 3 times and a medication I don't take but said they couldn't refill one medication until Friday they closed on me and they aren't there on the weekends. So today Monday I return to pick up miss medications they they put them back said to come at a later date. Why are these people employed? This is the worst experience I have ever had with someone that in charge of medications that could save or kill people. They need to clean house and rehire Professional's! The last 6 months have been horrible. At least I'm aware of what medications I take. What about the elderly that don't understand!

We are not from the area, but Dwight was the best person to run into. He was very enthusiastic about his job and his service was impeccable. A great homey place to stop!!!

Photo service is very efficient. Regarding store sales, prices change weekly and no history for the prior week's sales prices is retained. If you didn't receive the sales price, you must bring in the receipt within that sales week. Otherwise, Walgreens is unable to refund the overcharge. Walgreens should maintain historical data for both customer purchases and weekly store sales prices.

Unpleasant experience yesterday at the pharmacy. I live in Mishicot so I have to travel to pick up my scripts. At 1:30pm I put in for my refill online like I usually always do. I set pick up time for 4pm knowing I wouldn't get there until at least 5:30. Figured that would give them even more time to fill it if they were busy. Got to the store at 5:30, did some shopping, then went back to the pharmacy to pay and pick up my script around 5:45. Mind you, this is now more than 4 hours after I put in my request and more than 1.5 hours past the time I had requested. The girl at the counter looked at me completely dumbfounded when I told her I had a pick up, clicked around on the computer and then said, "we just got your request now, it will be about 15 minutes or so." Are you KIDDING ME?! I stared at her, annoyed, and stated that I had put my request in in the early afternoon, gotten an email receipt stating that the location had received my request, and I was over an hour late picking up from my requested time, AND IT STILL WASN'T READY?! Absolutely ridiculous. Add to this that I had my extremely antsy 3 year old boy with me who was overdue for dinner, and after 15 more minutes trying to entertain him in a Walgreens with five feet of toys to look at, THEY STILL DIDN'T HAVE MY SCRIPT READY. Come on guys. Get it together. Don't offer online prescription refills if you can't fill them on time. Or, in my case, not even remotely close to on time.

I have had a great experience with the store personnel. Pharmacy is another matter. The main worker behind the counter is rude beyond rude. When inquiring about flu shots without added preservatives she rolled her eyes when asking pharmacist about my choices. As if I did not see! The pharmacist proceeded to tell me he would check to see if any was available I would have to wait. Well an hour later With no acknowledgement of me again I decided I did not need to have @ shot obviously I was a nuisaunce to them so I left. I went to cvs and received my shot within 10 minutes of signing in. The pharmacist was knowledgeable about shots containing the preservative thimerosal and what shots contain it. I have since moved my business to cvs and have received very good service since. Well today I needed to pick up a scrip from Walgreens for my mother @nd low and behold the bag lady once again made me feel like i was a pain in the a** and bothering her. Now I do realize that probably is not an nice job, but seriously can you act a little nice. This girl is a major bag. Get a different job if your not happy.

Very nice pharmacy with helpful staff. Convenient location. Competitive prices on immunizations without extraneous "processing fees" that some doctors' offices may charge. Popular, so pharmacy lines may sometimes be long.
