The best yoga studio around! When I first stepped into Waves a couple of years ago I had never been to a yoga class before. Ariane was wonderful. She made us feel so welcomed and did an excellent job teaching us all of the basic moves to be able to progress from begin to slow to power. Cannot recommend this place enough!
