Kellie was amazing, so far the storage unit and process has been easily set up, discussed, rules are fair, price is top notch and as mentioned their office manager is awesome! She was very clear, knowledgable and personible. Will recommend this location under this new management 100% they are way better with their new management.

I yet to visit it but customer service was very nice. I am very impressed with the quality of service from the customer service department. I ran into a problem with reserving a storage that is to small and I contacted customer service and they upgraded me and cancelled my original storage.

Even though my use of the Storage Unit was due to an unfortunate divorce, the communications between the previous owner and now CubeSmart was quite helpful. It actually improved once CubeSmart took over. Thanks!
