We ordered 8 yards of "pulverized topsoil" from Erickson's. What we received looked like an attempt to pulverize clay (see photos). We also found 2 chunks of broken glass on the surface of the pile (see photos). This was concerning for us as we were planning to use this in our yard where young children will run and play. When we expressed this concern to Erickson's, the man on the phone was dismissive and condescending about it and refused to help us in any way. We're now stuck with 8 yards of clay that we don't trust to use in our yard for fear of risking children's safety. If you're reading this, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your landscaping needs.

This owner's wife needs to be more respectful. The whole family has a genuine attitude because the parents show no respect for customers and the kids are even worst... they made our whole shopping experience very awkward and unwelcome. I will never go back or spend any money on this family business. I don't recommend it. You can find better-value stones at The Halquist Stone in Franklin on 27th Street. plus and they respect the customers no matter how big or small of a purchase

We use Erickson's every year for our mulch and have always received courteous and prompt service. Their delivery fee is more than reasonable and they usually get it to us the same day! We also use them for our landscape rock. Their prices are much better than other landscape supply places in the area, that's for sure! They are, and will remain, our trusted landscape supplier!

Ordered 5 yards of mulch for a landscaping job only gave me three. Told me it was my fault that I did the math incorrect. Very frustrated and had to go to a different company to finish job. Zero out of 5 stars. Would not recommend for anyone

Great selection of outdoor landscape material at a great price and very fast and friendly service. If you're upgrading your back yard stop there first. Lots of ideas.

Delivered top soil to my location in Mt Pleasant. Very prompt and courteous.Driver very conscientious and aware of overhead wires and other possible hazards.Very pleasant to speak to on phone too.Delivered price for 6 yards pulverized and screened top soil was very attractive too.
