The person that works there daily is extremely nice and does a good job. The nasty lady that fills in for her is always looking for an argument telling me that I am supposed to cut the USPS approved Priority Mail shipping label in half and twice now has held my Priority Mail shipment for 24 hours before shipping because she's angry and trying to prove a point.

When I lived in Fond du Lac there were several times when my outgoing mail was not picked up, and we never knew how late in the day our mail would be delivered.
That never happens in Van Dyne at my new rural residence! For the past year our mail has always come before noon and we have had perfect service.
