“Arlene is amazing! We are fromout of town and got married in Madison and were staying in Verona. Arlene got us in with very little notice to steam my dress and veil and my husband’s suit. She texted the night we dropped it off and said the shirt was dirty and had a big smudge and offered to wash it for us! For no extra charge and then she even charged us less than originally quoted when we went to pick everything up the next day. We were staying at a hotel and I’m not sure how we would have fixed that if she didn’t take care of it for us. She was so kind and great to work with. My dress and the suit both looked great! And she is a welcoming and inclusive place! So glad we found her and so grateful for her good work. And for reference my dress had alot of lace and appliqués. (I think that’s what they were. Flowers and leaves) I’ll try to add a photo when I get them back.”
