Gentlemen at the register at 3:30 on Sunday very rude unprofessional there’s slushy cups were out of the medium size so I could not get a medium so I got a foam medium cup charge me $1.79 even though it says fountain cups and slushy $.89 medium and I said well, then you guys should restock it and he told me he doesn’t get paid enough to hear what I have to say well, this cop should’ve been restocked if that was the case I worked at Casey’s before it’s not hard to be stock Cups Very unprofessional and very, very rude Customer Service Service.

Stopped there yesterday and found the card reader on a gas pump was still not working after being down 3 days. Also not working was the car wash. For the car issue why not put a sign on the pumps notifying customers? I’ve been a customer for years but it seems things have gone downhill.

I love this gas station. I've been working out of town and stopping here basically every day and I got kisserie rewards too. So I've been yeah, so happy. The staff that we're here is so I love customer service. Good customer service is so hard to come by. And these guys nail it every single employee here should get a raise and a Pat on the back. They do such a good job and they're so pleasant and so polite. Thank you so much for bringing customer service back and doing such a stellar job at what you do and your pizza by far the bomb. Now case's pizza in general is probably some of the best pizza ever anywhere and I travel the entire country. So believe me when I say I know good pizza, but you guys here at this Casey's, oh my gosh, the best, the best Casey's pizza I've ever had. Thank you so much for being so good at what you do.It makes me happy if they come in there and give you my money.Thank you, thank you.Thank you

Love this place. The people who work at night are amazing! They're always helpful and kind! The store is also always very clean!

I was a regular until today. Some new employee treated me very rudely and was disrespectful and kept arguing I was told by the person in charge that she is getting trained, also she just stood there watching all this. Would never go there again. Pathetic service.

Where to start… 50% of the time this store isn’t open during their posted hours. Closing early, opening late. Odd hours as well, they don’t open until 7:00 am. Recently they had a “snow day”. I guess due to the snow they couldn’t be open. Tried to get gas this morning but the pumps were off. I’d consider the Casey’s in Verona to be more of an inconvenience store rather than convenience. Kwik Trip is able to do the basic things like be open during posted hours and during routine Wisconsin weather.

Disappointed with the lack of employees presence when it’s busy. Much higher prices on bottled soda than Kwik Trip. Can’t recommend this store
