Gavin was a huge help! I had a screw stuck in a project and came in to buy a tool to get it out. Rather than sell me a tool I’d use once, he went ahead and just removed the screw for me (I had the project part handy). 10/10 customer service, will come back when I need to buy hardware.

I visited this location for the first time last week. I was surprised to see the store lacking customers. It was maybe 2-3 customers including myself. There were surely more employees than customers. I was greeted when I walked in and helped to the item I was looking for. Hopefully this store is doing alright. If not, they really need to cut back on wages.

it's usually a good place with helpful people. but today wasn't.I told the cashier what I was looking for he told me the isle and he used the walkie talkie to get help to that isle. I was walking 5 foot from him. found out 3/4 of that isle is cabnet. as I waited in isle 19 I could hear employees talking about every thing but tools. maybey they couldn't hear the radio because they was talking over each other so I went to farm and fleet

Super friendly staff! However, the prices for certain items are surprisingly high -- I bought some Drano and Ice Melt but didn't have good cell reception to double-check prices. If you want to do some unplanned/impulse shopping, save your money and go elsewhere.
