Alecia is a great motivator. It is a challenging but friendly environment. I highly recommend.

I have worked out at Gym 608 for years and love the workouts, the community and especially the trainer.

Update- I have moved out of state and have yet to find a gym as wonderful as Gym 608. I wish Alecia could triple herself and make one in PA. For those lucky enough to live in the Verona/Madison areas go there. Now.
