Jim Sands is amazing. His staff is amazing, and he does everything in his power to make sure I don't have any pain.I'm one of the unlucky people who has a resistance to numbing agents, so they don't last long. Knowing this, he numbs a few more spots right away.He always lets me know what the next steps are, what needs attention now versus later, and he has great bedside manners.Don't let some of the negative reviews put anyone off from coming here. Some people expect a first-time visit (which takes much longer) to be available in weeks. Every dentist I have been to is booked far out for new patients, just comes with the territory and covid.I've seen a few more negative reviews of people basically never going to a dentist in their life until just now, and then criticizing how the dentist works, crazy how those two things don't align.

If communication with your medical professional team is important, then I highly suggest you look elsewhere.As a person who is terrified of going to the dentist because of the environment causing panic attacks. I'm finally in enough pain to go to the dentist for the first time in 10 years.We called to tell them about all the pain I'm having in my mouth, the broken teeth, how I can't eat warm or cold food without being brought to my knees crying in pain and they had scheduled an exam. I expressed how I don't feel that dentists listen to patients that have difficulties at the dentist. This is a perfect example.We didn't want anyone poking on my teeth, just some X-rays and a plan moving forward.It takes 2 weeks to get an appointment.We show up, sit in the chair and the nurse equivalent asks what we're doing there.I respond "for an exam to make a plan of action for moving forward"She replies, "I thought this was about a broken tooth. We don't have enough time to do your whole mouth, this was just for a tooth assessment."Dentist comes in, "we will have to have you come back in to do the rest of the mouth. we can do the one tooth today only, we didn't book enough time with you."me: so we don't have enough time for the whole exam?dentist: Nope.Me: i guess we just reschedule and do it all at once?dentist: sure we can do that.(Nurse escorting us to the front to schedule a new appointment)Me: I'm not getting charged for this right?Nurse: no, you wont.Front desk person:Me: not enough time for the exam we thought we signed up for,when can we get back in?FD: mid Februaryme: do you have anything sooner, I'm in a lot of pain.FD: January 17thme: okay ill do thatFD: ill just submit this to insurance and your all set!Me: i was just told i wasn't going to get charged for this, you didn't schedule enough time for the visit?FD: Oh, okay, you wont be charged.Me: Do i need to get that in writing?FD: No, you will be good.Only time will tell if "I'm good" on the charge but what i can tell you is there was a complete breakdown in communication and their ability to listen to their patients.

Employees are helpful and friendly. My crown broke and Doctor Sands made time in his schedule to see me right away. My Father in law had just passed, and Doctor Sands made sure my crown was replaced in time for me to travel. This was right before Christmas. I am beyond grateful. Good people/business do exist.

Always had a great experience when I’m there. Switched to them around 2 years ago. Only 4 stars because every appointment except my first has involved them moving it in some form, including one time where they booked me for an entirely different day and time than what they put on the reminder card. So don’t count on your appointment being exactly when you want it to be, but good service once you show up.

Everyone there is knowledgeable, friendly, and take the time to let you know all about your dental care. I had a fracture, and Dr. Killian and the dental team got me in quickly, even though I was a new patient. I highly recommend them!

When it comes to your teeth it can make you feel anxious going to any dentist. Not this place they help you through your process with comfort and ease. The workers there are pleasant , quick and help you feel comfortable. Hands down I am very happy I have gone to this place in Verona.

Staff is very polite and helpful. Treated me with compassion and checked in on me after experiencing an unfortunate abscess I had. Got me to an oral surgeon very quickly to get me treated and showed general concern for the severity of my abscess. They’ve always had a good bedside manner.My only complaint is regarding the cost of things. It’s very hard to keep teeth in good condition when dental costs are so expensive. Things need to be reevaluated to better help patients keep their teeth to ensure proper oral and physical health. Not all patients are swimming in large sums of money, have options to get loans or are able to save up fast enough to resolve the problem as quickly as it is sometimes needed. Just like I’m my situation; I’ve always brushed, flossed and took overall good care of my teeth. I was just not fortunate to have very strong teeth and they get cavities very easily which has caused several teeth to be pulled (one caused my abscess) thus needing extensive dental care.

The experience at Associated Dentists is great from start to finish. The front desk and scheduling people are always wonderful. Dr. Tepe does a great job of making patients comfortable. He clearly explains what he's doing and welcomes questions and concerns. Billing is always on point with the estimates provided in advance. Thank you, Associated Dentists & Dr. Tepe!

Katie cleaned my teeth today. First time with her - she was awesome! Thorough, and she didn't snap the floss into my gums. Gave me an extra squirt of water at the end just to rinse my mouth - no hygienist has ever done that - a nice touch.As usual "General" Tepe was stellar. He answered all my questions. Dr. Tepe is a rockstar.

My children and I have been seeing Dr Grimm for years . We trusted him as I received a implant and started communicating within weeks as the pressure against the adjoining teeth became uncomfortable. Dr Grimm stated that this was normal. I went into office again as my front tooth implant was shorter than other . Dr Grimm offered file 4 teeth.. I felt uncomfortable as the adjoining teeth were starting to become crooked!I went to another dental office for a second opinion! Found out Dr Grimm’s work had failed and should have done a bridge never a implant! My teeth now need $25,000 of work to correct damage ! I found a dental office with great Dentist that tell you the truth ! I don’t have time or energy to sue Dr. Grimm ! I just wanted him to correct mistakes made as this honest action would’ve saved my smile! And money ! I don’t believe Dr Grimm knowingly did this to me as I really feel the knowledge wasn’t learned or he didn’t consult with a professional colleague to help ! I hope this help’s Associated Dental and anyone who had the same problems . I have lost my ability to smile as the damage to front teeth are apparent! I would put pictures ,too embarrassed! I am slowly getting fixed ! Please shop around for knowledge and information when having dental work done ! If a mistake is made a good dentist will admit mistakes and advise to correct!

Dr. Killian is gentle and kind. He explains things in a way that's easy to understand. I know I can always trust his advice. I have seen the dentists at Associated Dentists for over 25 years and highly recommend them.
