Outrageously priced. Extremely outdated coach bags were over 40.00Some bags were 80. Pajama pants that didn’t come with a matching piece was 12.00 if you would cut your prices in half at least I’m sure you would make a lot more money. This is pure greed. ICame here once and won’t be coming back.

I prefer St. Vinny’s over other thrift stores, mainly because of their variety. The service is typically more consistent throughout locations vs. other resellers. Their drop/off service is very quick and easy!

Prices here are astronomical. I've picked up a few pieces I considered purchasing new, only to see they were actually marked higher than they were new. I love Vinny's normally, their food pantry saved my life, but this store needs new management. They have forgotten why they are there, they have really given in to greed.

Do t go here if you’re looking to thrift value under $30. Super disappointed to see used clothing resold for that price at a thrift store.

I work from home and use this store to take breaks, so I’m there often. What a wonderful establishment. I buy about a baker’s dozen books per week, and new options are are added consistently. The employees are incredible. They are always friendly, even when some bitter elderly woman is screaming about the prices of random glassware. You don’t need another vase, you old shrew. This store is always clean and well-organized. I can never find jeans, but this is an issue at many Madison thrift stores. Another reason might be that I’m tall and muscular, so the jeans I’m searching for aren’t frequently donated. What was I talking about?

Prices are outrageous. A pair of jeans $20. A pair of nylon tennis shoes $26. Apparently they have an Outdoor Chic line now...MANY items priced above what you would pay if bought brand new. This is not thrift, this is theft.

Worst prices of any thrift store in the entire Madison metro area. Even worse than the Middleton goodwill. They had pants on the rack for 40 dollars. Disgusting levels of greed.

There is an unimpressive level of customer service exhibited by the staff. As someone who enjoys thrift shopping, it's disappointing to encounter such a lack of basic courtesy. It almost feels as if the staff is unaware of the presence of customers, with no friendly "hello" extended at any point.Throughout my visits, I find myself in the way of employees who seem completely indifferent to myself and other customers as they stock shelves or reach for items in front of me without a polite "excuse me" or any acknowledgment whatsoever.Equally dismaying is the apparent lack of gratitude. Not once during my visits here have I been thanked for making a purchase.Adding to my frustration is the issue of overpricing. The choice to set high prices on donated items takes away from the essence of thrift shopping. Thrift stores are traditionally known for offering affordable and unique items, but the steep prices I encountered here were more in line with regular retail stores. It's disheartening to see secondhand items priced in such a greedy manner. For example: $10 for a Shein shirt. Dearest St Vincent's of Verona, have you looked on Shein? That is more than that tissue paper of a shirt cost originally.I sincerely hope that the management takes these concerns to heart and takes steps to address these issues promptly.

This place has a great selection of items! Probably because everything is so overpriced it never leaves the store. I had 3 shirts and 2 pairs of shoes picked out for myself that I was excited for. Unfortunately, they were so overpriced I could get them cheaper retail. I left them behind and I'll never be back. HOW CAN YOU CALL YOURSELF A THRIFT STORE.I found a board game there that was listed for $20 and the original board game printed MSRP sticker said $14.99

While this St. Vinny's has great stuff... it's EXTREMELY over priced!!!!! They were asking for $55 for a pair of shoes. They retailed for cheaper online than in their store. And this has been the case for many other items we have found. YOU GET YOUR INVENTORY FOR FREE. We won't be returning after today.

I had such a good experience Tuesday morning. I was looking at an entertainment stand that had glass panels in the back for protection. When I inquired about them the assistant brought them over and unwrapped every one. We inspected each one ( all like new ). She installed each one on the appropriate shelves because they were different sized. She even labeled them for me. She did everything and was willing and wanting to help, very nice and fun. They even loaded it into my car. It was $32.50 and in perfect condition. This store has always been my favorite St. Vinny’s.

I’m so disappointed in this place. The store is nice and they have a great selection. But that’s about where the good ends. Their prices are absolutely outrageous. Almost every pair of women’s jeans is $20. If it is any sort of recognizable brand, you can expect to pay a premium price. Everything they receive is free. It shouldn’t matter what the brand is on the tag. Pricing fair and consistently is how you keep customers. A great strategy: Every shirt should be no more than $7. Every pair of jeans should be no more than $10. Every pair of shoes no more than $15.I’m just so sad that an organization who praises to do so much for our community can be so greedy. Unfortunately, I won’t be back. And I’ll be spreading the word.

This place has gotten very expensive in the past years we’re other places are cheaper and worth the price some of the stuff I can get cheaper at a store. It’s such a disappointment with the expensive stuff. As well as workers were rude and were not professional in front of guest. Hopefully this place gets better
