My dog was put on the wait-list for another facility so in the meantime, I thought we'd give Tailwaggers a try. I took my 8 month old dog here two times and after watching the live camera like a hawk, because I'm a helicopter parent, I told myself I would never take him back. The morning staff was not friendly and I did not like how some of the dogs were treated. I watched as the daycare attendant yanked, yes yanked, a dogs collar over to a "timeout" area. I also noticed they spray the dogs with water via spray bottles in an effort to stop unwanted behavior...which I do not support. Neither of these two incidents had occured to my dog, but I wasn't going to wait for it to happen before I pulled him. I prefer positive reinforcement methods. Not to mention the staff on camera is mostly on their phones all day. Was my dog tired after daycare? Of course. Was he happy? Maybe, but it wasn't hard to read his body language and see that sometimes he seemed fearful of the attendant. It seemed like he was yelled at a few times for being too playful with another dog. Sending him to Tailwaggers just didn't sit right but we're happy we've gotten into our preferred facility.

They genuinely love dogs and treat my pup great here - we use tailwaggers for daycare, boarding, and grooming too

WowI just happened to drive by and let my dog outside Costco to take a break.A woman inside started screaming and swearing at me. She was slightly incoherent saying that I had caused the dogs to fight, I was trespassing and she would be calling the police. She went far enough to come out and I think take photos of my license plate.I’m not sure how all that was possible with a 10’ fence around the outdoor kennel.I know there is no way I would take my dog here when the handlers can’t control their temper. I most dogs tend to feed off of the personality of the humans they are around.Someone needs to be an adult.Beware.

I've brought my pups to tailwaggers for about 7 years and they love it! Amazing hours, very reasonable prices, and friendly staff.

Love this place! Always feel confident my dogs are well cared for and happy. The doggy cam proves it! Always wagging their tails and being loved by one of their employees. :)

My dog was there for all of 20 minutes and I was told that my dog was able to jump so they couldn’t keep her. Ridiculous for a dog boarding place to not be able to handle a natural thing for dogs to do.*owners reply does not change my opinion. We have boarded Vanilla elsewhere where they have the same situation and they’ve been able to keep her safe for years. There’s not an issue. Don’t board here if you value your dog.

My newly adopted pup recently started going about weekly to TailWaggers and she just loved it! Comes home so tired and happy! I trust them and I love being able to check in on her via the webcam!

I have had Jessica groom my dog 4 times. She does exactly what you ask. He is always way past a needed bath and groom, 100lbs of hairy mess. She has the patience of a saint!I can tell Jax always feels like he is a handsome boy!!Thank you Jessica?

First time our dog Marley has been to daycare. They did a wonderful job with him. Picked him up he was happy. He had a good time playing with the other dogs. He was very tired and slept well. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. Definitely be back again when we are in the area.

We've taken our dog here for a few months, and all of us have been happy. Pup loves playing with the other dogs. Staff are kind--they learn the dogs names and personalities quickly, and handle the animals well. They're attentive too; we had gotten our dog groomed elsewhere, and that groomer has nicked his ears up and been unable to finish plucking them. One of the pack leaders noticed the scabs, and one of the groomers looked his ears over and finished them up! We were blown away by that care (and know where we'll take him for grooming in the future!)

I'm glad there are so many people who have had a positive experience here, but our dog came home after boarding for a weekend with very sore paws. He limped and refused to walk at all unless he absolutely had to go outside, would not climb upstairs on his own (we had to carry him) and then hid under our bed. He laid curled in a ball for almost three days, not interested in food or play or anything. He wouldn't wag his tail. His feet became infected from irritation due to the pea gravel. (I know employees have been vocal about the benefits and sanitation but holy cow is this painful for puppers!)Our dog also got a cold and in addition to the paw problems, we're taking him to the vet for assessment and treatment. I'm sure the staff mean well, but this was not a good place for our dog and we will not be boarding here in the future. If your dog is not used to pea gravel, please be careful and maybe bring boots or socks for them to wear!Update: It has been several weeks and our pupper's paws are still mending! We've had two trips to the vet so far. Is the pea gravel really worth prolonged suffering like this??

I have a 10 month husky that is not able to stay at home due to separation anxiety. Also, my significant other and I both work near 10-11 hour days and can not leave him home alone that long. After our previous daycare was no longer working out for Balto, we found this one. I am very happy that we found TailWaggees when doing our research.Ever since Balto started going here, we have had an amazing experience. The staff are always so nice and helpful. It seems that Balto also always has a great time!Highly recommend to those looking for a new doggy daycare!

Very impressed with the daycare, we just did a half day and my aussiedoodle has been to other dog daycares but has never come home that tired and relaxed. I love the webcam feature (an outside camera would be also appreciated)! Nice that they give the dogs a break and feed them (owners provide the food) ??

We've been taking our dog here since they first opened and have never been disappointed. The open play area are great being able to watch via the cameras is really nice when we are missing him during his visit. The staff is always friendly and our dog always is so excited for his times here.
