My father and I went in to upgrade my phone at US Cellular Verona and we had a wonderful experience with Syed. He works hard and has an extensive knowledge about technology, and he tries hard to get the best deal for each customer. Thank you Syed!!

I went to this location with my fiance to upgrade our phones. We're not old but not what one would consider terribly young either. Thing is my complaint isn't about the visit, even though we were sold unnecessary items by a very smooth talking employee. It's about the store manager that has complaint after complaint about the employees that I mentioned to her, like a history here on her Google reviews and she not only actively refuses to do anything to address the complaints, she also flat out lies and says that her employees don't have them. We, as consumers, are not okay with being talked out of money by a smooth talker, and we are not okay with being lied to by a store manager. One could only hope she would be more responsible, Its clear she is not.

They put a tempered glass phone protector on when we only requested liquid glass protectors. It was poorly placed with dust and particles all over the glass. When we explained to the store manager that there was clearly a misunderstanding and this is not what we wanted, they refused to offer a refund or credit. Very poor customer service experience and makes me wish we weren't stuck in a contract now with them.

Syd, at US Cellular in Verona, was so very helpful and patient! My daughter brought me (82) to add to their family plan & get me a new phone (I had Verizon for decades, and it was just getting too expensive; and customer service wasn't as good as US Cellular).
My daughter would say the same thing!

What a great experience we had at US cellular in Verona. Our family had an appointment with Sean, we needed 5 new phones and we were switching from Verizon so we had alot of questions. Sean was very helpful and answered all our questions about phones, accessories and plans. So glad we made the switch. Sean worked very hard to get all our phones transferred as quickly as possible.

We had a phone accident and on very short notice needed a new phone. Donnell was fantastic. Explained what needed to be done and within an hour we left with a replacement.

I put off replacing my phone for 2 months dreading the whole experience. I showed up at Verona this morning at 11:00. Quinn was great. He helped me make decisions and transferred all my data and set me up. It was painless! It's hard for me to say that I enjoyed my experience... But I almost did! Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Tannayha! We had six of our eight lines getting upgraded and new phones, and she was incredibly organized, patient, and kind! I would highly recommend working with her again.
