This is truly the worst Walgreens I have ever shopped in! The pharmacy is notoriously the worst, and after putting up with it for years I have finally switched. It is horribly understaffed. The people working are rude and unhelpful. I am shocked nothing has been done to improve things after this store has received so many complaints. I will never go back~

Another typical Walgreens, many items don't have price tags, too much stuff is locked up and they are woefully understaffed. The workers they do have seem to be trying their best, but they seem to be operating around the clock at about 50% minimum personnel. Clean large parking lot though.

extremely long lines for pharmacy drive thru , even with one or two cars it takes unreasonably long. pharmacists don't seem to keep up with things.

Worst parking lot I've ever been in you can't drive more then 1 mph or you'll hit your head on the top of your roof. You seriously can't redo your parking lot lol I try not to go there literally because of that I'd rather park across the street and walk over its like driving up north on a dirt road. But I see they seal coat it like it makes a difference, cheap asses.

Wow...if I could give 0 stars, I would!!! I had previously been using Walmart pharmacy, for over a year, because this particular Walgreens could NEVER get their s*** right, causing me to have to wait on a MUCH NEEDED prescription!!! I am prescribed Adderall, and after insurance issues, I MADE IT CLEAR, that this medication DOES NOT go through insurance...but through the GoodRX card!! Over the course of using Walmart, there was NEVER an issue, as they processed my other meds through insurance and the Adderall was ALWAYS marked to be paid with GoodRX. In the past 2 days, I have spoken with several staff, making this clear...and 3 days later (today), I sat in the drive thru for more than 30 minutes, only to be told it was STILL NOT READY, and couldn't be filled until the 28th (it is the 26th). They again claimed because of insurance, I would have to wait. As soon as I informed them AGAIN, that it was NOT to be processed through insurance, but the GRX card, with major frustration...they said..."oh, we can have that ready in 20 minutes!" After being assured numerous times last night that it would be filled right away and ready that night, I waited to make sure and pick it up today. Here we go again!! It was not ready and they gave me their insurance schpeal for the 3rd time!!! How many times, do they need to be told the same thing, and why is it SO HARD, to make a note on my file, regarding this issue, like Wamart does??? Did I mention, this is why I stopped using this pharmacy in the first place...not realizing it would only cause problems again!!! As manufacturers change, Walgreens was the only pharmacy who at the time had the right brand I needed, so I decided to return. BIG MISTAKE!!! They don't take people's meds and needs seriously, making it now 2 days, without the appropriate med I need...with it being a med YOU CANNOT JUST STOP TAKING!!!! I am absolutely furious, with the outcome and attitude of the staff and pharmacist on duty (not the normal pharmacist I have dealt with who actually got the process right). I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS PHARMACY, EVER!!! I am usually a very understanding person, and know things happen, but when it has been a concern for the 3rd time...they clearly don't take their customers health seriously!! I seriously think they need to have a meeting, to make sure EVERY staff member KNOWS what they are doing. There is also a younger gal, who normally works the drive thru, and SHE is NOT cut out to be working in a pharmacy! She is the one who ALWAYS puts me through this, while putting my concerns to the side, laughing in the process...and I sure as hell hope she gets a talking to!! Pewaukee pharmacy has officially lost my business, as I will be going back to Walmart, where I have NO PROBLEMS, WHATSOEVER!!! Thank you, for nothing, and making my issue so much worse than it should have been!!! I sure hope you start to think about your customers, and their well being, when it comes to getting the meds they need!!! Shame on you, Pewaukee Walgreens!!!!

Schedule covid-19 vaccine there but got refused! The staff presented an obsolete state eligibility table, while the Walgreens website leads to the latest state page. They insisted the useless thing and refused to work as they shall do. Worst experience!

I wouldn't recommend Walgreens for ANYTHING! My daughter had cancer surgery today. Your pharmacy communicated to the hospital that her insurance for her prescription had expired. When we left the hospital & came to your drive thru window, you denied giving that information to the hospital. Then, subsequently, we were told her prescription would be ready at noon, but we received a call close to 1 indicating it was ready. When we got there, the pharmacy was closed from 1 until 2. You also charged over 40% more for the same prescription than the hospital does!

You lied, held up needed pain medication for my daughter, made us go out of our way (when she should be at home resting) all so you could turn a profit!!! You definitely need to be investigated!

Asked my son to pick me up Mucinex D 24 tablets. He went to Walgreens in Pewaukee, WI. Told me it cost $31.99, I told him to take it back their price gouging because of the COVID-19, you could buy it at Walmart for $23.99. Walgreens wouldn't let us return it because they said it was a controlled substance. When I told the manager I felt they were price gouging at a time of the COVID-19 crises and he said I don't blame you for being mad, I would be mad too, I wouldn't pay that either If it were me i would go to Walmart or Costco to buy my stuff. He also said I think we froze our prices as of yesterday but not sure. Walgreens prices are to high and the Manager even admits it.

I've always had positive experiences with this store and people working there. The manager has done price corrections whenever some items rang up as different prices than what is marked on the shelves. They have also helped expedite some of my prescription orders when I made requests. They are always welcoming and friendly.
