This place is great. Had some significant work done on my vehicle, they completed when they said they would and the price was what they quoted. About two weeks later I had a check engine light for a completely different issue (turned out to be a cracked spark plug, nothing they worked on before). I pulled in unannounced to see if I could get an appointment, they had a tech come out right away and run the diagnostic. Told me what was likely wrong so I ran and grabbed the part needed. It took him about ten minutes for them to replace the part, but they didn't charge me anything and did the work before I had to be at work. Will go back for sure when I need a mechanic. I don't write reviews often, but was blown away. These guys know how to build relationships.

We were looking for a specific vehicle and all the big dealerships couldn't get it. The River Valley group had one on their lot. Their customer service was exceptional and the transaction was effortless. If you're looking for a low mileage vehicle at a fair price with great customer service, I highly recommend this dealership. If they don't have it, chances are they can get it.

We had to have some work done on our truck, but it was almost hunting season and we really needed it by the weekend. Joey worked with us to get it done during the week in spite of parts shortages, and called right at 5 on the Friday before hunting and had it done. They have always provided excellent service and treated us like family. Small town service and always with a smile!!

I called multiple times and left a message even emailed the salesman about a truck and no answer or return with phone calls or emails. I’m taking it as they don’t need any more business if that’s the way they treat there customers
