Customers praise the wonderful and helpful employees, particularly the kind lady who assisted with their poor hurt chickens. The store is a great place for cat food, pet medications, and adorable baby chickens, with friendly and helpful cashiers. While the store can be a bit disorganized at times, and the prices may be a little high for some items, it is overall a good store that caters to the needs of homesteaders, though some customers wish it carried ammunition and gun supplies.
This is a very convenient store however they're still going through staffing issues. They don't always have what you need but they can at least point you to their website so that you can order it and then pick it up from their store. Everyone working there is extremely polite and pretty helpful.
