Not super impressed with the customer service and lack of knowledge at this location - will continue our business at the sparta location, particularly with Erika, who has been extremely helpful and overall phenomenal. To keep is simple, customer service had assured me that my photos, etc could be transferred no problem from my old, cracked screen phone to the new one asurion had sent me... which Sparta had no issue whatsoever doing for us today. The staff at this Viroqua location made me feel bad, telling me that customer service was wrong and that there was no way whatsoever that this could be done. The staff in the background were sort of laughing at the situation and me tearing up/getting emotional about the thought of losing all of my pictures of my daughter from the day she was born.

We really appreciated the service we received from the techs at the Viroqua US Cellular Store. Even though they were swamped with customers, we were treated with patience and respect. We especially appreciated the way Chance took the time to activate and explain our new phone.

Couldn’t bring my phone, wanted over a grand for new iPhone. Can’t reactivate old phone plan now cause lost acct # that the rep wrote down on a post it note, on hold for over a half my Saturday now waiting to get them to transfer my # back to old provider, atleast they didn’t charge me still cant reactivate back to straightalk. Dont make me come back down there, I wont be in as good of a mood next time.kid behind the counter never told me I would have to reactivate my phone back to straightalk myself it it wouldn't work with u.s cellular. No accountability for anything anymore. It’s been 5 days I still can’t get my phone reactivated. What a horrible company, the name says it all, U.S.

After waiting my turn, over 30 minutes, all I needed was a new phone and case. I knew what I needed, Derrick had my phone and case but instead of following thru, he turned his attention to some guy having trouble getting contacts on his phone. I had my 3 year old, who was crying because he hit his head on the stupid shelves they have at the customer service area with me and this guy couldn't take the 10 minutes to close the contract. After standing there for 20 minutes, I finally said FINE! I will go somewhere else then! I lost about an hour of my life with no results. If you see Derrick working at US Cellular in Quillins Viroqua, you might as well continue driving to LA CROSSE, it'll take less time and you'll actually get some customer service.

I guess opening on time is a struggle. They open at 12pm and it's not 12:20pm.. no one is here. I just drove 20 miles for nothing.

Terrible, pushy, and inappropriate customer service. An item that would've took a competent store to ring up for me to purchase about 15 minutes took them an hour and 15 minutes. I'm avoiding going there as much as I can.
