Rude and not helpful. This is the worst post office location i have ever dealt with. I work in the area and drive to another town to mail items. They do not even deliver mail to all places in town because that would be hard for them. They might have to walk or get out of a car. This place is a total joke

I recently had a package sent to an old address in Viroqua, and didn't know what to do. I called the post office in Viroqua to see how I would be able to retrieve this package. A person named Rita, who works at the Viroqua post office, was very helpful. She went above and beyond to help me resolve this problem! She has excellent customer service qualities!

Unfriendly and unhelpful, especially the over-weight older lady.

Staff is unfriendly compared with other US Post Office branches.

I broke my arm and ordered a much needed sling/immobilzer that arrived at the post office yesterday (Saturday…NYE) morning but never got delivered to me! Now I have to wait until Tuesday because Monday is a national holiday???!! I’m sure there will be someone working there tomorrow so we could pick it up but you can’t call because there is no number listed. In this tiny town it seems like I should be able to get my sling which is locked up in a building just a few blocks from my house!!!! It should have been delivered YESTERDAY!!!

Beyond frustrated, I have ordered several packages within the last couple months and EVERY SINGLE TIME our mail carrier has "forgot" to leave the package with the mail so I end up having to wait until the next day. Or in some cases such as today, it was scheduled

I had a package accidentally delivered to my old Viroqua address and these wonderful people found it, and manually redirected it to my new address! They were very helpful and responsive. I am very thankful for their efforts, time, and support.

Very unhelpful compared to other post offices I will definitely not be going back , it's a good example of why US postal service is going under ,

I work near the post office and I see daily how hard they work! They are always striving to provide the best service possible. The mail carriers and desk staff are *usually friendly and personable- despite being overworked or overburdened. Maybe they’re not perfect all the time, but most of the time they do an excellent job!

Easy to check on open hours via web (I have arrived @ times to find them closed but consider that a function of Congress critters constantly chipping away @ their budget). Staff always knows who I am (yay small towns!!!) and are always helpful & pleasant to downright friendly. When one considers the volume of mail that passes thru their hands the USPS it is astounding that hiccoughs are vanishingly rare. Couple this w a clientele that varies widely in terms of their own expectations & courtesy (I have witnessed some quite rude behavior on the part of patrons), I think they manage honorably. They are not perfect but who is? And in small towns, other delivery services are often quite limited (& often rely on the USPS for “the last mileâ€).

This place is the epitome of "We don't do customer service." Our daughters bike was run over by one of the mail carriers (she drove off because she didn't think anyone was home. I watched it happen) and admitted to it later. This was after multiple occasions of her throwing my packages on the side of the road instead of sticking them in the garage or on the steps. She marks things delivered when they are not. Apparently "Delivered to the mailroom" counts. Now, as her punishment for her running over the bike, I have to go pick up any packages that won't fit in my mailbox. I cannot stand this place.
