The manager, Kaylee, was extremely helpful! She went above and beyond to help my with a photo print order. Her customer service skills are excellent. She takes her role seriously and has the most pleasant attitude when working with the customers.

Clean and well organized location. Huge cosmetics section. They have just a bit of everything and the prices are comparable to other area stores. The cashier was very polite and friendly.

The front end cashiers are AWESOME!I come in almost daily for cigarettes and the staff are friendly and I don't even have to ask before they get my smokes.Unfortunately they're attached to the most petty and almost mean.I came in with an opiate prescription because they accept Good Rx and I couldn't afford it at my usual pharmacy that month.I was given attitude from the start.The pharmacy tech said they only had a partial amount and would order the rest.Charged me only for the amount given instead of the entire prescription and told me to come back in a couple days.I went back FOUR times and it never came in.On the last day I had pills for, it still hadn't come in. Turns out the lady "Forgot" to order it.They then called around to find a place that had it. I ended up having to drive down to Richland Center and pay an additional $77 for 54 pills.I also had a prescription for testosterone. I had a coupon for it FROM WALGREENS that the same woman REFUSED TO HONOR.THIS PHARMACY SUCKS!NEVER GO THERE.

My sister shared the following on Facebook. I feel you should be aware of the level of service you are providing at the registers. "Went to check out in Walgreens, cashier and customer were talking about covid, I said it's pretty awful....took 6 days from positive test to death for my Mom. Customer says "I'm sorry for your loss" Cashier says " Well people die from the flu too." Put my stuff down and walked out. Pretty proud of myself for not giving her the what for! Not sure I will go back there...."

Snooty, rude, obnoxious response from the tech pharmacist, and absolutely disrespectful unkind, cussing, rude pharmacist. Disgusting to use the excuse they have dealt with the covid as a good excuse to be disgusting to the customer!

It’s nice to have an alternative to Walmart that isn’t so overwhelmingly large. Sad to see the small family pharmacies go, but welcome to the 21st Century where the money spent in small towns gets funneled out of the locality and into the hands of the 1%.Nice store and good service though.
