Gretchen was very helpful and explained each step in the process, i had a ton of questions and she was very patient and fantastic to work with. I was given a timeline for each step and everything was exactly as promised and they communicated throughout the process. The installers were fantastic, they really went above and beyond due to some issues with my cabinets, they did a great job. I had recently completed a bathroom remodel and unfortunately used another company and it was a very slow and frustrating process. “We just went in for a quick visit and we've been in the Home Goods at Janesville before, but this one seemed like it was much more disorganized. Maybe because it's right after the holidays. My wife really likes to get candles here but myself, I didn't think the prices were all that great but they weren't horrible either. They do have lots of stuff in here though.”
