Unfortunately, whoever is pricing the steaks has fallen off the deep end. Beef used to be fairly priced here. $30.99 for a thin cut ribeye is patently absurd. Have fun with all of your unsold beef.

Lately the deli area has been not up to par. The grab and go hot ham on Sunday morning was super dry. It was inedible. The chicken salad is all mayo. Friendly employees.

Love the early morning hours and the fact that the side entrance is open at this time, as well. People have actually greeted me at this store. Whoa! Easy in and out with a friendly smile...what is not to love. Bonus that PnS has some great sales amd general pricing.

Always seem to get there around
Stocking time.. 2 Very nice helpful Gentlemen always busy and takes me rt. To items I cant locate.. Meat prices are pretty high. Everything's average with the economy. I have to shop coupon LIVING on SSI unless you're the billionaire.

Store is currently open and running with no working water. Portable toilets for customers and employees?!? Now I just feel gross and dirty knowing no one has been able to really clean their hands well. Terrible business choices for sure

Pick n Save in Wales is very nice. Wide variety of foods. Seems like lower prices than Metro Market in waukesha.

Karen alert: I’m reminded EVERY time I run to this store and am met with rbf on the faces of most (not all) of the employees that work (mainly self check) there, as to WHY I can’t stand this store!

My biggest complaint is not enough cashiers. Close the self checks and staff with some decent staff that performs quickly.

It's like 3/4 of a mile from where I live, so I'm here often. Sentry in Delafield blows this place out of the water. This week, I got solicited in the meat department by someone trying to sell me on signing up for a Fresh Perks Visa credit card. It was pretty annoying. Nobody wants that when they are already sad about going to the grocery store.

I tried buying cake and cookies today. On top of getting very little service (besides 1 employee in the store) and at the check out, they were expired on top of it. Very disappointed.

I honestly don’t think I’ll return to this particular location! Very slow checkers, few registers open. I did self checkout and it took over 20 minutes to finish! I went in the checkout with a conveyor belt. I had a full cart, and it kept telling me to stop and start bagging as I had too many items on the belt! My problem was, the worker just stood at the end of my line doing nothing! There were numerous ppl in line behind me, it was extremely frustrating! A man in the self checkout next to me was so frustrated as well! He went up to the worker standing there and said “bring back people”! This was my worst experience in this store. Never again!

This review is primarily based on the bakery department. I have ordered numerous cakes from pick 'n save over the years - mostly from this location and occasionally from the Waukesha location but I have never had a more pleasant experience than I had today when I called in and spoke with Ava. Wow! She answered the phone very quickly (usually there is a decent wait), she was very friendly which is such a breath of fresh air because nowadays I feel like every person that I come into contact with in customer service hates their job and it really shows in how they talk to customers. This was absolutely not the case with Ava and it was so refreshing. Ava helped me place the order, read the order back to me to confirm, and even went to check the frosting ingredients because I mentioned we are trying to stay away from the artificial dyes. I really appreciate her going that extra step and having such a pleasant attitude. I hope this reaches management and you can pass this on to her.
