How nice it is to be able to walk into a store and have the employee know your name (my husband's), work with you to find a solution, and not be charged for getting good advice. The employees are very knowledgeable, and care about their customer's satisfaction. You don't get that in a Big Box store.

Heyer True Value is an important store in the Fontana/Walworth/Williams Bay because it is the only full service hardware store in the area. Extensive Garden Supplies, live plants and Christmas decorations in Season.Staff is very helpful, especially Tim.

Friendly and know staff. Convenient to be here in town and have most things big box stores have. Definitely saved me in a pinch more then once. Rental is nice and lots of options. Also have a nice little green house with plants too.
