“Update 8/5/2025
Ferrellgas reached out to me in less than 24 hours was very apologetic and they resolved my issue in a very professional manner. Was very kind, very nice while talking to the person on the phone. I will give them now a 5 star rating

Extremely Disappointed with Ferrellgas – Poor Service & No Accountability

My experience with Ferrellgas has been nothing short of frustrating. From the beginning, the customer service was unresponsive and unprofessional. When a clear mistake was made on their end, instead of owning up to it and making things right, I was met with deflection and blame.

I attempted to contact them multiple times to resolve the issue, only to be passed around or outright ignored. There was a complete lack of follow-through, and I felt like my concerns didn’t matter to them at all.

A company in this line of business should prioritize reliability, honesty, and customer care — unfortunately, Ferrellgas failed in all three areas. I will not be using their services again and cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone.”
