When I arrived they were ready to work on the car without delay. The service on the car was excellent. The car was clean when completed and they discussed the service done and future service needs.Also, you could not find a more pleasant group that assisted me behind the desk. They were polite, told me about future events and were very pleasant to work with. “I had major engine problems with my 2016 ram 1500 w/5.7 hemi. Talked options with Jeff and decided to go with re-man engine after a lot of thinking. I'm so happy I did. Jeff took care of my truck. The longest part was waiting for the engine which is out of his control. When he got it in, he had informed me they got it and will start working on asap. They got it done right away. I seen my old engine he still had, and it was obvious why I was having issues. I've put around 5,000 miles on my new motor and it's wonderful. Not to mention when I got my truck back, I did not have to take it back for any leaks or hoses that were not secured. Great business!”

“If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Had a 90 year old radiator for my '33 Chrysler...many issues. They found a new re- core and their fabricator , Mike, was able to come up with solution to use an 'up to date' cap that would work with my original grill and hood ornament . Craftsman ship like this is far and few between. Thank you for your help. Was worth the 55 minute trip to Elkhorn from my home in Illinois.Service: Auto water leak repair”

“I want to give a huge thank you and shot out to Jim Olson Collision. Today, I opened the back hatch of my vehicle perfectly fine. I hit the button to close and heard a loud noise and the hatch came down quickly, but wouldn’t latch. My panic rose as we have rain coming. I drove back to my little town and went to Jim Alison’s. I walked in and said I wasn’t sure if it would be collision and auto repair. I was so frazzled so I didn’t get her name, but the estimator said let’s take a look. She went out saw one problem and fixed it then got the rear door lock to work. She saved the day and I am so grateful for her help. Thank you.”

“The folks at Kunes saved our Memorial Day weekend! As we drove away from our house for a three day weekend to visit with relatives across the state, I got a "trunk ajar" warning on my Ford Mustang dashboard. I pulled over to check it. The trunk was actually locked shut. Unable to open. A strap from a suitcase had got caught in the latch and there was no way to open it. When we arrived in Delavan I dropped my wife off at my in-laws and did a search for Ford dealerships. I called the first listing and they said "We're sorry, but we have sent all of our mechanics home for the Memorial Day Weekend. But they'll be back Tuesday." Here I am, 11am on a Saturday, with no way to get to our belongings (or prescriptions) and weekend plans ruined. I tried another listing - Kunes Ford Lincoln. Scott, a manager, answered saying they were open until 3pm. They had techs working on at least 8 different vehicles. I remembered I had heard about this dealership on The Bill Michaels radio show. I mentioned their service center was HUGE. They said it was a new addition and 1 of only 4 in the state with air conditioning. I spent some time looking at some beautiful new models on the showroom floor and waited about 20 minutes in a very nice, new lounge.BAM! Done! They fixed the problem on the jammed trunk door. They moved the suitcase that caused the problem and repacked the overloaded little trunk. And they washed the car! 20 minutes, VERY affordable, total professionals. Kunes has a new customer! I may plan visits to family in Delavan just to get my car serviced there.”
