“Just moved to the area and found this site for auto service. I made an appointment for my 40K service and told them I would need to wait for the car. When I arrived they were ready to work on the car without delay. The service on the car was excellent. The car was clean when completed and they discussed the service done and future service needs. Also, you could not find a more pleasant group that assisted me behind the desk. They were polite, told me about future events and were very pleasant to work with. I was considering driving 60+ miles to bring my car back to the place I was using for 20 years but Advanced auto will be a place I will come back to.”

“Absolutely the most most honest and best mechanic in the area. Sometimes the the price you pay is lower than the estimate and I don't know one place that does that. And his prices are very competitive”

“Great service as always. I have a tight schedule, but they always manage to have a time available that works for me. Retention of staff seems to not be an issue, as I see the same team members, and now a few new faces! Earned both my respect and loyalty while I’m still living in the area?Service: Auto tire replacement”

“The folks at Kunes saved our Memorial Day weekend! As we drove away from our house for a three day weekend to visit with relatives across the state, I got a "trunk ajar" warning on my Ford Mustang dashboard. I pulled over to check it. The trunk was actually locked shut. Unable to open. A strap from a suitcase had got caught in the latch and there was no way to open it. When we arrived in Delavan I dropped my wife off at my in-laws and did a search for Ford dealerships. I called the first listing and they said "We're sorry, but we have sent all of our mechanics home for the Memorial Day Weekend. But they'll be back Tuesday." Here I am, 11am on a Saturday, with no way to get to our belongings (or prescriptions) and weekend plans ruined. I tried another listing - Kunes Ford Lincoln. Scott, a manager, answered saying they were open until 3pm. They had techs working on at least 8 different vehicles. I remembered I had heard about this dealership on The Bill Michaels radio show. I mentioned their service center was HUGE. They said it was a new addition and 1 of only 4 in the state with air conditioning. I spent some time looking at some beautiful new models on the showroom floor and waited about 20 minutes in a very nice, new lounge.BAM! Done! They fixed the problem on the jammed trunk door. They moved the suitcase that caused the problem and repacked the overloaded little trunk. And they washed the car! 20 minutes, VERY affordable, total professionals. Kunes has a new customer! I may plan visits to family in Delavan just to get my car serviced there.”

“Great experience getting my son a new car. Our salesman was very nice and the process went fair quickly given that we didn't know we were going to purchase a car the day we went in.”
