After trying all of the local and area tow services for a truck that used dolly's to lift the vehicle off of the ground we went to GM Roadside assistance. Dan had to come from 70 miles away and could not have provided better service. Don't be afraid to use 844 jump you for your towing needs. Reasonable price as well.Service: Car towing

Dan was great. He stepped up when another company didn't show up after saying they were on their way for 3.5+ hours on a Saturday afternoon. He came from a far distance, but promised me he'd show up. He communicated when he was 20 minutes out. I was so grateful when he showed up. Thanks so much for your great service!Service: Tire change

I got a flat tire on the interstate - they were great and headed right out. The guy called a couple times to make sure I knew he was coming and didn’t have to worry. He was super nice - got it changed really fast and even followed me to the next exit all the way up the ramp to make sure I was safe. He made a really scary situation so much better. 10/10 would use again!Service: Tire change

I had a gentleman outside my apartment complex with a dead battery. He stopped me on my way into the building asking for help. I didn’t have any cables to jump his van so I made some calls. I didn’t have a lot of information to give but they came through to help him anyway!Service: Battery service

Needed a jump start. Requested roadside assistance via Allstate, then cancelled the request since it was taking much longer than necessary & I was able to get a jump start from another local mechanic. I later received a phone call from Daniel confirming that I requested assistance to which I informed him I cancelled the request & was already on the road. Evidently surprised and upset that I had cancelled, he proceeded to tell me what roadside assistance is for & offered condescending remarks about not waiting for them. Completely unprofessional & unnecessary. If it was a mistake or technical error between the insurance & the service provider, the miscommunication is understandable. However this lack of competence & egotism is poor business.

We called the company to come tow our car out of a snow bank, and without inspecting the situation at all the tow truck driver said he would not do it and we needed to shovel the car out of the ditch ourselves. Regardless of the situation, he was extremely rude and offensive. Never ever use this company! Now we’re sitting here stuck looking to call someone who will actually help us. Unreal. So rude. So unprofessional.Service: Car towing

One of the worse experiences in my 53 years alive, biggest disappointment for sure.I was taken for a ride by Dan showing up at a call I was assigned to in his fancy high dollar truck. He offered advise on how to use the lock out tool and spoke ill about the company I was working with (Jack Rabbit). Told me I should consider going to his and inviting me out to see him where he was staying the following day to speak more about it and sealing the idea with telling me he had something I would find very useful as a gift if I was to show up.I was there the very next day and we discussed his proposal and he ended it with a gift which was a jump box I couldn’t afford and a lockout rod from the night before. I was really stoked and about to say yes then and there. But that is not a very good business practice being employed with another company. (Even if they did pay a lot less than Dan offered). So, I went home with my gifts and thoughts on how I was going to approach my current boss over this.I did quit that job with plans to go to work with Dan but hit some bad luck having my truck break down and money being short kept me from working for a few weeks.I finally got my truck back on the road still having issues with my ability to keep money aside for fuel and a few more issues with my truck went to work through Dans company working with him for a couple months and trying my best to get everything going as he was so convincing of being a reality.Let me begin with this. I had high hopes of being successful and mad respect for Dan feeling lucky to be in the position I was. Until Dan shown his true colors. Payday rolls around and no money I admit I used a gas card he provided with an agreement of a 10-dollar fee for each fuel up I did. 2 weeks still no money had to get a advance pulling teeth and hearing how much it is a pain to have to do this. Meanwhile I am doing call after call he gets paid for while I stress and starve yet still have hope and respect for Dan look at him and his success, I can do this too. Then Dan has a attitude issue talking down to me and threats of giving my position to someone that wants to make money. I could not take it any longer and told Dan I really did not appreciate the way he was speaking to me and inquired where my funds were. I was paid twice in our time together one was 207.00 after gas and advances 285.00 the 2nd. After fuel.I was short 11 calls on the last plus more calls was added over the period of time waiting asked why my earnings was being held back he stated because f fuel and materials. What materials? He says jump box. I was given that well before we were working together and my fuel was paid up. To bring this to a close (Because it is making me angry thinking about it I am like 400 or 500 owed) And cannot contact Dan knowing he had no intentions of paying me anyway. Broke and a family that expects me to provide for in the times we are living in. Thank You Dan I cannot believe I had respect for you looked up to you for the person you are not. I hope you got whatever was more important than paying me taking food out my children, grandchildren, and me and my spouses' mouths.Tried returning some of the items Dan threatened to call the law. I have made no threats other than to contact the BBB and Tennessee Dept of Labor which is now my only choice in this matter your responses are all fabricated I owe maybe 80 in fuel and again 500 in materials? really? we will have to take legal actions I have no choice I got 2 advances from you totaling 200 bucks and that's been paid for the truth will come out in the end I am sure of this. Thanks for being such a con buddy.

I got them through my roadside assistance insurance Allstate. I got stuck in sand and my car just wouldn’t move. The insurance tried to get me some other company first but they declined it since “their truck could sink and get stuck too”. After that they sent me 844 jump you and Mr. Dan showed up very quickly , super polite and pulled my car out in less than 10 min!! Thank you so much!!!

Called due to an issue with my battery through my vehicle warranty. Chrysler is the one who told me to go the route with the tow company. Talked to the tow driver and told him exactly what the problem was. He had no problem with what I needed. Said he would be here in 12 minutes. After 45 minutes I called the only number I had. The dispatcher asked for my location. After giving it to him, he snapped “What city and state?” I told him and he said he canceled the call. I asked why and he yelled at me. Don’t you think you should at least let the customer and the warranty company that dispatched you know you canceled their service? Not at all professional. Not at all nice. I wouldn’t use this company for ANYTHING! If I could give negative stars I would! Terrible rude dispatcher! UPDATE.... After putting this review up, Dan called within minutes to “Give us a chance to remove our review.” We couldn’t get a word in edgeways and within a very short time, he was yelling at us again. We hung up. Funny he couldn’t call to let us know that HE canceled the service for our vehicle, but he could call within a couple of minutes of placing our review. If there are any issues regarding the service requested, he needed to take it up with Chrysler! They knew what the problem was and placed the order for the service and if all you do is jump start and tow, you should put that information out there with Chrysler and the insurance companies. Oh and the tow truck driver who was told what the problem was and still said he could do that and would still be here in 12 minutes.

Out of state and had a flat. Called a 24 hour service and told they had no one to help. Someone called in sick. In response to the owners reply, I called at 6:22 pm on Friday, July 24 and was told there was no one available in my area due to.someone calling in sick. A nice gentleman saw us sitting in the gas station lot and offered to help us change the tire. I am.sorry that the review isn't what you had hoped for but it is what happened. I also do not know if this is indicative of your service or not but does reflect my experience.
