Just tried to cash out of town check. My husband was driving so I didn't have a driver's license with me. The check was for 95. The teller refused to cash it without a driver's license. Refused to look up our account. We have la4ge cds here, we have a substantial savings account and a checking account. WevBurlington didn't have a problem looking up our account

Everyone at the bank was so helpful and nice! David did an awesome job with helping me set up a new account for my daughter and answer any questions I had! Easy and smooth process!

I would give ZERO stars if I could!!TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Waited at drive though forever. Then went in to find out no change counting machine & they don't have the ability to count $20 manually.I decided to close accounts & 30 minutes later I'm still waiting!! Four employees doing NOTHING...as I sit here!! If this is how they treat customers they don't have my trust handling my money!It's worth the wait to withdraw & go elsewhere & be appreciated!

HORRIBLE customer service. My daughter purchased a item online she never received so we filed a chargeback at the waterford branch. Went into the branch afew months later to check on the status and was told they would call us that day and they never returned our call. Called a week later and left a message with a personal banker asking about the status and he never returned our call. Called afew days later and left a message with another personal banker and she never returned our call. Finally went in to the burlington branch ready to close the account and Maureen Bretsch kindly and professionally looked into our chargeback. If it wasn’t for Maureen I would have closed the account.
