More than once, in the last several months, my informed delivery says I have mail but I get nothing. Today I was supposed to get 9 items. I got nothing!!! Very unhappy with my delivery person!

Absolute incompetence
The person behind the counter help me fill out the paperwork for international shipping a month later the package arrived in my mailbox completely destroyed
Went back to the post office after talking to USPS customer customer service
I was given the middle finger and told there was nothing they could do for me and no refund even though customer service told me I was entitled to a re-ship or a refund

I've lived in Waterford for over sixteen years. I've definitely seen a decline in service the last two years. Our neighbors mail in our box at least twice a week! Missing our mail which has caused a huge hassle for us. Why isn't management looking into these complaints?

The worker at the front desk named Jim was extremely rude. I came into the post office with all of the things that he had told me to bring in previously and made an appointment may I add. He had no idea of my appointment and made me feel bad about it by making dumbed down comments. When I made a mistake on the job portion of the application he said “If i work at hooters put hooters down” and i said nothing about working there, I stated that i waitress …. creepy and weird. After all of that I told him he was being rude and he proceeded to let 3 different costumers cut i front of me and said he was “short staffed”. and to top everything off he blamed me for being “impatient” at the end when i left. Very rude man, great place but that worker really upset me and I think he should be scolded for treating customers so disrespectfully.

Lost my package after giving it to an associate at the front desk. I asked if they could check the cameras around the time I delivered it and was told they don’t have any cameras.

I sent my water bill in 4 days ahead of its due dat in town. Took 9 days to get there, ( IN TOWN)!!!! needless to say I was given a penalty charge from the village for being late. Absolutely do not rely on this post office it’s pretty much useless.

Had to buy a medium flat rate box for $16.95 to send some gifts in the mail, which is fine. I had planned to do that, but when I went to the checkout counter, I was shocked when she told me I had to provide tape. It was d*** because it wasn't like I didn't have a full roll of packaging tape at home, but I had to spend the $4 for a roll. Now it spitefully lives in my car so this flustering fiasco never happens again. Sad.

Since January I have had my mail misdelivered at least seven times. I picked up my neighbor's mail from the snowbank and placed it in their box, only to find my missing medications in there. Then another neighbor came to my door with more medication that they found in their box. Another parcel we expected was delivered to a home a mile away and our carrier had to retrieve it. On another occasion, our carrier met me on my porch with a box with some other address on it. When my mail was to restart after a vacation hold it was left on the truck a few more days before we had to call. The coup de grace was when I found six political candidate’s flyers in my box, all addressed to different neighbors.

Slowest service ever. And not just a one time experience review either. Jim is unpleasant. I try to avoid this post office as much as possible. Go to the Mukwonago one instead if you can.

Super nice and helpful folks there at the Post Office in Waterford. We had a misplaced delivery, and they offered to go to all our neighbors and knock on doors to find it! That's good service!

The old male wearing glasses is extremely rude, he was not helpful at all with the passport services. He was making sarcastic and racist comments,his behavior is very disrespectful and not appropriate for customer service. He should be fired.
