Honestly, I’ve been going to this place for years, And this is the first bad experience I’ve had. I took my brand new vehicle for its first oil change. I noticed my car was making a little more noise at idle than it was prior to the oil change I received at Lube N go. I decided to check the oil level myself when I noticed it was about 1/2 to 1 qt over full. I also noticed once I had to crawl under to get to the drain plug to let some oil out that one of the screws was missing on the cover. It’s just very frustrating and very easily avoidable situations.

First time visit today. Excellent attention to customer service and detail. Joe obviously takes tremendous pride in his business and it shows. He is a solid Patriot and driven worker. He has made a permanent customer with me.

Very short wait time, and these guys are on top of keeping things moving along. Straight to the point, but listened to my questions.I appreciate the fact that I truly feel I'm getting quality service, but also feel my time is important.Plus you get a free car wash voucher, I can plan that a little later.

This location is outstanding. I have been here multiple times and have never waited more than 15 minutes from start to finish. I pull up, get guided in, get the oil changed, and it's really that simple. Even with a line, these guys move quick. Prices are fair and it's always smooth sailing here.

Best oil change I ever had. It had to be only 15 minutes for the oil change. The guy didn’t try selling me any unneeded stuff. That all change cost be a little over $45. When he handed me the receipt, it had a free car wash code on it. I will definitely be back.Service: Oil change

Great local place very fast only 45 buck for standard oil change they were out of my air filter and one of the guys cleaned it off for me just to be nice plus free car wash cant say enough good things about this place will go back forever

This location was awesome. I did not have to make an appointment or wait in a long line . I had 4 guys working on my vehicle and was literally in and out within 7 minutes! They gave me a receipt with a free car wash on it and they were extremely nice. The price was very affordable as well. I normally pay close to $100 for an oil change. This place only charged me $45!

I Always go here, great service good prices. Did NOT 1 time out of convience went elsewhere, woke up to puddle of oil in garage. Ran over to Waterford Lube. They corrected other places mistake...WATERFORD LUBE IS THE BEST!!!
