I'm sure the only reason this place is still open is due to being the only location in the town to buy groceries. The customer service is terrible, the employees say some pretty out of pocket things, and it takes FOREVER to check out because they are so SLOW! I refuse to return unless it is an absolute necessity.

This piggly wiggly is a very nice small town grocery store. They have a good inventory and selection of items, but it's also small enough to get around easily and quickly. It's also always clean and well kept. Yes, as others have noted the prices on some of their items are higher than they at some big box stores, but they do have an excellent section with clearance items where you can find some great deals. Finally, sign up for their pig points program, weekly flyer, and go green, save green program to save money when shopping there.

In the checkout line for 20 minutes, only 2 lanes open when each line was 5 deep with customers waiting with full carts.
