Absolutely stellar flower arrangements! My sister was blown away when I surprised her on her 40th birthday. I gave Sara an idea of what I was looking for and she exceeded my expectations!!! The girl's got talent!! ? I HIGHLY recommend Waterloo Blooms!! ?
