“I have a Jeep that was giving me a tough time with the headlight. Jesse jumped in an gave me a hand. The dealer, unknown to me stripped the bolt holding the air box in, thus I couldn't remove the final bolt to make enough room to access the light. Jesse was able to slip his smaller hand in and rehook the light interface. I'm due to go on a trip with my son and grandson later this week, way up north. This took a ton of pressure off me that I was able to get it completed right there. I really appreciated his helpfulness and patience with me as I tried to navigate something that felt short of a miracle. I couldn't be more happy. Ten stars for Jesse and the O'Reilly team.
