When I arrived there were 19 people in line; after 5 minutes 2 of the 3 counter people disappeared to a back room for 20 minutes. When they returned people in front of me were called forward, paperwork was reviewed and all told to wait in the seating area. Why not take care of the persons needs the first time they are called forward? I needed replacement plates because the low quality paint used is half peeled away. This wastes the time of people that arrived first and causes bottle necks in service. Customers have had it with this inefficiency.

Made an appointment and was in and out in 10 minutes. The staff was very organized and friendly!

I’ve lived all over the US and have visited many DMV’s, but this one by far is the worst.I’ve never encountered such rude people who act so inconvenienced to do their job in my life.They are also extremely racist. I’ve watched them be absolutely horrible to Hispanic customers. You know, the ones who might need a little more patience if their first language isn’t English. The rude Russian should understand that.

Only one person at the counter and 10+ person line. The only way to schedule an appointment is through the state DMV line with long waits on hold. Make sure to give yourself the entire afternoon so you can stand in line long enough to be helped.

Stood in line in for an hour for the 7 people in front of me to to move though. 2 people covering customers. One even had the poor taste of displaying a stuffed animal sloth on the pole next to her window.
