Greeted immediately at the door. Looked like they had some good deals on games. Just came in for a controller and was out the door in 3 minutes.

The store had items we were looking to purchase for Christmas gifts. Had quite a selection, the 2 gentlemen behind the counter were very intuitive and insight on our gifts. If they don't have a game, ask and they can order it for you...at no extra cost. And even controllers...just ask. Thanks GameSpot and your Great employees!

This would have been a 5 star review if management cared about their staff. The staff at this GameStop was great.The shopping experience was profoundly terrible. Why? Because it was 72 degrees outside and 92 degrees inside the store. Why? Because the store had no air conditioning. I came here wanting to buy a game to enjoy with my family; only to drown in my own sweat and question how this employee is so committed to working at this store while being treated so terribly.After asking why it was so hot the employee told us that management refused to fix the air conditioner. He was then told that he could easily be replaced if he quit because of it and so he shouldn’t complain.The ‘Now Hiring’ signs at the entrance to the store beg to differ. I would highly encourage GameStops corporate office to do an investigation before the Department of Workforce and Development investigates it on their behalf.

Well, it’s not just the offhand service like they don’t care if you buy something or not. It’s the fact that they are just people who stand around behind a counter and in the case that you buy something, well then you will get some service. Except for the fact that if the guy actually walked around the store and said things that normal store workers would say “hello” “how can I help you” “let me tell you about —“No. This place has zero salespeople who try to get sales, just basically has a cashier.I’m also going to say here that their buy-back prices are ridiculous. I recently bought a game for $27.99. It sucked. Since they buy games, thought I would sell it back. Now I know it would it be for anywhere near the price I paid for it - but I didn’t expect that they would offer $3 for a game that I only had a few days.

Great selections, decent prices, large clearance area, and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Buy back/trade in prices are extremely under priced though.

Long wait to check out and only one person in front of me. Then when I checked out she handed him the phone. She wasn't capable of helping out with phone calls and making me wait longer!?
