I typically get a very good looking cut. Every once awhile it wil be average but never bad. Checking in on the app works great. I take advantage of their discounted cards every Christmas so I never pay full price. Stylists are always nice people. Overall it is a nice place to go.

This location is a worn out, dirty dump. I came here today to get my haircut because they had a zero minute wait. Upon arriving for my appointment it took several minutes for somebody to even greet me and looking around the facility the lights are burnt out, the baseboards are grungy and full of old hair and dirt, the promotional signage on the walls was peeling off of the holders and overall the place just looks a mess. I was here at this location a year ago and they said they were waiting for a remodel but it's clear that it's not going to happen or management just doesn't care because the place is disgusting. If they can't even take the time to clean the facility, how clean are the instruments and the capes and everything else? The stylist who cut my hair did an excellent job but unfortunately that can't make up for how nasty the place was. Will never return to this location.

I've had my ups and downs getting my hair cut here over the years. Danielle is absolutely amazing though (5 star). Personable, friendly, and cuts my hair perfectly everytime. Hopefully her supervisor sees this...I've walked in before and saw who was working and just left because there are some stylists employed here that have no passion to give a good cut. If it wasn't for Danielle I would no longer be a customer.

Great Clips in Watertown, Wisconsin needs to do better... guy cut my hair. He kept leaving to talk to other stylist in other room twice, didn't even say anything to me walk off on me as, I was in the chair disappeared.. and cut my hair horrible like he had no experience in hair cutting.. an employee was having a attitude and it was display in her reaction she was very irritable for no reason in front of her customers in store... never will I go here again very disappointed ?
Stylist: A guy seemed clueless cutting hair...

Even a bad haircut recovers over time. It's all about the customer's experience and why a person chooses to spend their money where they do. I've come to the realization that I'm cheap, and thats the only viable reason why I come here. There is nothing regarding customer experience to rave about here. With military precision, you come in, they ask your name, plop you in the chair and in ten minutes you're at the cash register. At $18 I will occasionally leave a $5 tip. None of these hair jockeys will extend a simple appreciation of a THANK YOU! Notice this the next time you find yourself watching someone else pay. When you tip someone at a rate of $30/hr, is a simple "thank you" too much to expect?

the cut was fine , but the attitude from the stylist was very poor. First a problem with the name , then an issue with my daughter moving, which she barely was, instead kept telling her to stop moving or she will have a crappy cut (in a very nasty tone). I know she knows I was upset because she saw my face and her demeanor towards my child changed drastically. I do understand protocol for the name situation but it's not always about what is said , but how you say it. The lady was not in a good mood. I would much rather have had her co-worker as a stylist as he was so polite and I could hear how he treated his customer which was fantastic. Not so much her.

The only person who go knew how to do fades no longer works there. I went in for a bald fade and the person who cut my hair didn’t even have clippers that could get my my fade shorter then what looks like a 1 when it should have been a 0. It grew back with in a week. They need to find someone who can fade men’s hair. Idk how they are with women’s hair or other hair cuts but for fades never again.

I check in twice in a row yesturday and today an hour and a half ahead of time online and it set my appointment and both times I came i I was told we don’t have any availability left for the rest of the day, this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this every time I try to call and make an appointment or check in online I check in and then show up and they are “”booked for the rest of the day” I’m not nothing to even try and make an appointment to get my hair cut here again

Been trying to call them for over a week now, to get haircuts for my kids, and no one has ever answered the phone. I either get all circuits are busy or the mailbox is full. Guess they don't want my business or my money, so I'll go elsewhere.

Hit or miss! Depending on who's cutting your hair, most likely will be satisfied with the results.
