This store has a small town vibe that I like. Typically in the past I shopped at HF at the Madison locations and this is much better. Love being able to browse and have great customer service without feeling overwhelmed.

Clean store nice to have in town but two trips and not pleased. Item out of stock 1 trip and items priced incorrectly that was not honored! If priced then state requires you give it but GM choose not to honor.

Smaller store than others. Came in and bought a few items. On check out I told the clerk that there was an online coupon for either in-store or online purchases. The clerk took about 10secs and said that he didn’t see it ,even though I showed him my phone. Buyer beware, they do not honor their own coupons.

This store is great, but not corporate resolutions to problems. Ordered their mini backhoe to solve water problems in our garage and basement, it got dropped in our driveway because the guy only had a pallet jack that he couldn't even get under the crate with. It was raining, I took apart the crate and put everything but the frame in my garage, and even tried to pull the bottom of the crate the frame was on with my Harley, into the garage. No go, wood on gravel vs a 114 Fat Bob on cement = slide sideways. So I chained the bottom of the crate to my hitch and dragged it to the backyard, I had to get back to work. Put it together after work the next couple days, filled it with oil, then poured 3 gallons hydraulic fluid into the reservoir. At that point I realized it was leaking out through the bottom of the tank under where it was welded. 3 gallons of hydraulic fluid dumped into my backyard. Called customer service, I'm supposed to crate this back up like it came. I put this together alone, and it wasn't light, now I'm supposed to tear it all apart and package it like it came? Seriously?

They don't take old sale tags down, and then dont honor the price on the tag because it's old. Also couldnt find the weekends free with purchase item anywhere.
