Fantastic experience, I needed an oil change and they were able to do it in a short time frame. Arrived late and was still in and out in less than 45 minutes.

I was welcomed the moment I walked in the door. The Service Advisor kept me abreast of the progress of my car and then went over what was found along with a breakdown of the bill. Very professional. From what I can tell, the service technician did a great job. I definitely will go back and I suggest that you check them out. ?

With auto shops nowadays, I’m always very skeptical, however, this place blew me away. Awesome staff and customer service here! Everything was explained to me throughly and they made sure I was aware before moving on with any services. They even asked if I wanted to come back into the shop to check out the issue with my car for myself while it was up in the air ? They text you with estimates, inspection results and photos of the work that is done/needs to be done. Couches are comfy and they offer coffee, bottled water, and pop for those waiting. Thank you for the help, it means a lot!

Everything was seamless... I filled out an online appointment request (because I requested it after hours) they got back to me bright and early the next day. The appointment was right away the same week. Jake was very efficient and thourough with the information transfer and the check out process. Well done Northside my experience was a breath of fresh air!!♡
