Delivery is completely unsatisfactory.Waited over 2 hours for 2 pizzas ($74.30 with tip) that never came. The Slice app is a joke. All orders and customer service gets routed to NY. The local shop Will Not pick up the phone.Customer service stated:Hey there,Slice here!Unfortenately we spoke to the restaurant and the driver was sure that they delivered the order to:Xxxxxxxxxxx, Wisconsin 53094And unfortunately they did not authorize us to issue you a refund.Major apologize for the inconvenience caused!"Wow...I Will Never Eat Here Again!

Newest update 4/9/24. Ordered spaghetti and meatballs. Absolutely, horrible. I know how important reviews are and hate to write bad ones but the meatballs were rubbery. Inedible. And I was literally sick after eating the very basic spaghetti and meatballs. Super disappointing. I’ve also ordered a salad recently and it’s nothing like they use to be. They’re skimpy and quality is a no longer there. Sad to see such a great restaurant get to this point.Update! New owners are not consistently open. Hours definitely verify.Great food...great prices...great service! It’s definitely gonna be dangerous working next door lol.The Cheef sandwich is to die for! Great job guys! TRY THEIR FISH FRY!!!

Ordered 14” pepperoni pizza, garlic cheesy bread and root beer (she said it was Mug when I ordered). When I met the delivery driver, the first thing I noticed is the soda wqs great value brand. Far cry from Mug, but it is what it is there. When I got the food back to our room, the garlic cheesy bread looks like dough with cheese on it (like it was made in a microwave almost). There isn’t an ounce of coloring to the bread, and it’s rubbery. The taste is non existent. No garlic flavor at all. Very underwhelming to say the least.The pizza wasn’t terrible, but it could have used some more sauce.I’ve never had rosati’s before, so I’m not sure if this is their norm and I was expecting too much, of if it was an off night… but I don’t plan on buying more from them to find out.

Ordered from Rosati double dough and they again messed up the order instead of making it double dough they didn’t offer to deliver for their mistake but said they refused to credit me for their mistake but asked me to drive all way back to have them make a new one they seriously need new host. Their service has seriously decline since two years. I ordered there so I give them one star for their inconvenience asking me to drive back again and wait while they make new one when I have to leave for work i can’t they should have offer partial refund for no double dough or at least offer can we deliver to ur house so u don’t have to drive all the way back?? Nope

Ya'll. This place must be under new ownership because the food is back to being awesome! As someone that is no longer able to eat gluten ( like a lot of people nowadays) Rosatis in Watertown has the absolute best Gluten Free pizza. You wouldn't even know its gf thats how good it is. I'm so glad they have new owners because I was really not happy with what the last owners did to the food and the menu. Will be ordering my GF pizza from here from now on!❤️

Tasteless pizza and garlic bread was tasteless as well. This the worst pizza place I have ordered. First time ordered here and last time it will be . It is more worth it to buy a frozen pizza at a grocery. I am sure all Rosatti locations are not the same. Dominos pizza is a lot better place to eat pizza than this place plus you pay more here.

We ordered 2 Cheef's and fries for delivery tonight. The customer service was pleasant but because of the quality of the food, I could ony bring myself to give 3 stars. The sandwiches that we received had hardly any meat in them. The fries were old..not because of time to deliver but the oil they were cooked in, which we could taste. We have ordered the same sandwich at different locations and received a much better sandwich and experience. Definitely will think twice about ordering from your location.

They will put wierd objects on your pizza in hopes you break a tooth or choke. When you call in and let them know you found metal the size of a marble on ur pizza they will treat you terribly and not even offer a refund… Do not order this garbage. You are not missing out.

Rosati’s in Watertown Wisconsin was the absolute worst customer Service we’ve ever experienced.When we called to complain about our pizza that had mushrooms on it, though we ordered it without we were told it wasn’t possible & were treated like a huge burden.It was clear that they had no interest in making things right in any way. Multiple rude phone hangups. -with a man named “Sam”-To make matters worse, the next day reheating leftovers, we found an unidentifiable sharp object that we thought was a mushroom, thankfully we picked it off thinking so & didn’t swallow it.When we tried to speak to a “manager” about our experience, we were met with more excuses and dismissive behavior.It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this company, and they had no interest in addressing our issue.I urge others to think twice before giving this company their business, as the level of customer service provided is simply unacceptable.We fed our young kids with this pizza and to think it could’ve harmed them makes me feel so disgusted.

Used to love to go here. I was really hungry for it showed up to get my order. The place was full of smoke. The kitchen was pretty smoky. You could tell something had burnt. I get my food home. I love chicken Alfredo. All I could taste was the burn this wasn’t burned, but all I could taste was burn. Whatever burned in the oven went right into my Alfredo whatever I couldn’t even eat it. Looking at all the reviews on here. I highly doubt I’ll be back. You know you can serve people, bad, food, cold food, old food but you only last so long there’s a lot of competition of some good restaurants in Watertown. You won’t last much longer longer with all the reviews that I’ve read the food that you’re putting out there is not acceptable.

Every time I go there they are closed. Was just there today 1-31-24. Closed. Sign said 11-9pm. I was there at 12:30.

I don’t usually like to post negative reviews but I’ve given this place 3 tries and have been very disappointed all three times. The first time I ordered my food took over two hours to be delivered and was cold when it arrived. The second time I ordered they waited almost 60 minutes before calling me and telling me what I ordered wasn’t available. The third time I ordered I received a notice my food was out for delivery and would arrive in 10 minutes. After another 40 minutes went by, I called the store to check since it had been over two hours and had not been delivered. I told her I was concerned if it was done 40+ minutes ago, it would arrive cold. She assured me it just came out of the kitchen and would arrive very soon fresh. When it arrived a short time later, it was cold and incomplete. When I called the store to see what they could do, I was told since I ordered online, I had to call the third party company, Slice, for a refund. This is misleading since I ordered from the website link on Google Maps and I did not realize it was a 3rd party and not the store itself. I asked if they could just bring me my missing items. The gentleman on the phone said they would but he seemed very uncertain. I contacted Slice to inform them of the bad service. They contacted the store and the store told them (not me when I called) that they couldn’t deliver my missing food so just give me a refund for that item. I see the negative posts on here by others and the weak response that they are trying to improve their service for the future. I spoke to 3 different people regarding my last order and no one tried to remedy or improve my experience. I’m an expert level Google having done more than 50 reviews. This is the first 1 star review I’ve ever left.
