Sorry not sorry for my review. This place is terrible, I was looking at leggings name brand Victoria secret ones were 7.50 when I just got the same brand pair of ones at the thrift store downtown for 3 bucks. DONT waste your time or money here. Not worth it in my eyes. You get things for free don’t be ripping people off for profit. It’s disgusting considering your mission is to HELP people. ??♀️

We came from the Dells area to come shop. We were behind on time and we got there at 4:45 when they close at 5. As soon as we walked in, the lady and man started making snotty comments about how “we snuck in”. They then got on the intercom saying they close in 10 minutes, 5 minutes before posted hours. They then turned the lights off immediately after the announcement. Obviously, they were annoyed. Being in customer service really isn’t for everyone. Maybe re-think how you treat people? You could have politely told us you had somewhere to be right after work or that you prefer people to pay 5 minutes before closing? Really anything other than being a snot and turning the lights off on us. Seems like it’s a reoccurring problem, too.

I have frequented this store since I moved to Watertown about 9 years ago. it has changed dramatically since opening back up after Covid. Prices have tripled. I've seen worn dresses that I could get new for less. I thought I'd give them one more chance. Today I went in and found a couple pairs of earrings and when I was looking at the jewelry in the locked case, waiting for someone to unlock it, I noticed two boxes of jewelry priced and ready to be displayed. I picked up a brooch laying on the top to look at it. I did not move anything simply picked it up. An employee saw me, grabbed the boxes and told me I couldn't touch that because she was putting it out for display. It was a 50 cent brooch. I put my soon to be purchases back, and left. I went to the one in Jefferson where they are more reasonably priced and MUCH nicer. I'm done. They need torethink their approach.

Paul, the "manager", is absolutely one of the most arrogant, rude, condescending pile of human garbage that I have ever had to deal with.I went there later on in the afternoon the lights were on/door open. I was looking through the vinyl records and he came back yelling "HOW DOD YOU GET IN HERE?" I told him I walked right in and he asked me if I was stupid and how I couldnt see the place was closed. Now I just steal anything I want.

The prices are kind of insane for things donated for free... employees are always nice but the pricing needs humbled. Also its odd over 80% of the larger household items aren't for sale? There is so many awesome 'displays' that aren't for sale? What good are they just on display when a family in need could really use that dresser or dinner table?..... I'll still continue to donate here, and even shop every now and then just someone needs to fix these issues please. it's talked about a lot and agreed upon in our local community here in watertown that these problems need some attention...

Very expensive normal prices. Can be GREAT sales (BUT) you never know what they are without making the trip. No online presence, and no one answers the phone. Doesn't ring currently and goes to "voice-mail is full."

Prices are outrageous compared to other thrift stores and just a few items could quickly rack up to $100+ & they only take cash..

Went to this location for the first time. Prices are outrageous. Wouldn't accept tax exempt status (all others do), then cash only. Guy was called up who was very snooty. Won't go back to this place until it comes back to earth as a THRIFT store. Lots of people were complaining in the store. Manager needs to be reminded what this store is being ran for. Could have made $175 today and possibly more.

Every once in awhile I swing threw and take a peak, however you have to dig to actually find good stuff. The prices have sky rocketed here. You can buy brand new stuff for the same price. Furniture is the worst just because you throw paint on a dresser that's falling apart doesn't mean you can now charge $200 for it. Take a drive to Oconomowac prices are great and higher quality items. Ive known many people who have tried to get help and got denied so with the sky high prices shouldnt you be able to help more people? Also I wouldn't recommend donating any nice furniture because they won't sell it walk around and the nicest stuff all says not for sale. People donate things for them to be sold not so the owner can keep it.

Most of the items are very over priced. They have some very nice furniture however it all says not for sale. They say it's for display, well for one I doubt the people who donated it would be happy that it's not being sold like it's supposed to be, and for 2 if you need shelves for displays then go buy them like every other thrift store.

Rude!!!I don't usually say this about people but the guy in back that messes with electronics is a liar I ask to plug this printer in to see if it works and he says no it works because there a printed page taped to it...I get it home plug it put paper in it it won't do anything!!Oh also that guy's body odor was horrible..like c'mon and lady in front at register literally stood there with 2 different people chatting it up when clearly I was just trying to pay for my things and leave.

We purchased speakers here. I just asked the guy in the back room if they were checked first. He was really snotty, and gave me a dirty look. And said of course we check them-and shook his head. My husband was worried we would get them home and they wouldn’t work. The speakers do work, and we got a fair price.($15 small box speakers)But most items are priced too high.Jeans $9Blouse $5Sweater $6Most second hand stores are half price.A lot of the nice items are marked “not for sale”Why not sell it all? It’s not a boutique, it’s St Vincent de Paul.We probably won’t be back, can get new items for not much more. And not have to deal with the rude old guy with the mustache in the back room!!A couple of the ladies are really nice. Just stay away from the grumpy man in the back!!They do only take cash!! No debit or credit cards!
