The owner takes customers cars home & takes them on joy rides. He admitted it to several people and pulls excuses out of his butt. He stole a customers car and let one of his crackhead girlfriends "steal the car" in his words and she hit someone. Very VERY VERY unprofessional. If you want to take tour car there even after this post then at least take a picture of the mileage before you drop your car off.

I called to get a quote on having my transmission rebuilt only to have a flunky answer the phone to inform me "the boss is out as doesn't return phone calls, so it would be best to call back "

The guy told me to be there at a certain time so I limped my car all the way out there and as it turns out he was supposedly at a doctor appointment, really!!?!

My experience with transmaster was very disappointing. I run a local business in Watertown as well and wanted to keep my business local when my Volkswagen started acting up. Upon arriving for our scheduled appointment he did a diagnostic test and said that one of our sensors was bad. He would order the part have it there by Wednesday we could pick up the car by Friday in out no problem. Friday came around and he would not return our phone calls we waited till the next week made several phone calls he still had not gotten the part and a week and a half later we get a phone call saying that the car is still acting up but that he replaced the sensor and did a bunch of other stuff that we never okayed him doing. When we test drove the car we realized that all the problems that we brought the car in for were still very noticeable and when we asked him about it he commented that he never even test drove the car before fixing it. Who does not test drive a car when they're going to fix it!? Long story very short we paid $760 for this company to do absolutely nothing but scam us. Took it to a different dealer and found out a motor mount was missing and it cost another couple hundred dollars and now my car is fine. Do not trust this company!

Customer service is excellent. They do everything from brakes, all th way to to complete drive line repairs. Quality comes first.
