The UPS store told me I need to go to FedEx to return my package. FedEx printed a label and sent me right back to the UPS store. UPS store Said nothing apologetic and just said at least you have the right label. It was a UPS label that FedEx printed. Can UPS not print a UPS label? I find that hard to believe. Thank you for wasting my time when I should be with my husband in the hospital.

Absolutely rude. I walked in and was greeted to use the kiosk,100% okay. I responded I will be needing help at the counter. Thank you. As I had a few returns which take 10 seconds to scan. I also had a package that needed to be shipped to a family member. Which I cannot do on the kiosk. He then rolled his eyes and responded rudely with “oh okay” I told him I do not need the attitude as I was patiently waiting in line. This was back and forth of him saying he did not have an attitude yadayadayada. So again I wait as another customer was being helped. Another customer walks in and is a regular as I can tell by the conversation. Without hesitation he helped the customer but he first had to be smart and again asked me very smugly if he wanted to help me at the counter. I said No. I will wait. He helped the other customer no problem. The woman at the counter was helping someone and again I was rudely asked what I needed help with. I told her and she told me that I could use the email on the poster that was on ceiling. I then asked if I could use that to ship out a package to said family member. She then responds “ugh I can help you here then” I responded “This is ridiculous. I have never had these issues at any UPS store. They are always willing to help. And this is unprofessional” This was the first time at this location. I will never return.

I have my UPS deliveries delivered here. If a signature is required, or I am not home. I just need to stop by to get my deliveries during their business hours. Very convenient, so you do not need to be at home for an anticipated delivery.

Low-key this is some of the most friendly staff you could ever meet. They’re always so nice so helpful always in good moods no matter how possible impatient people can be. They all should get raises and no I don’t know any of them personally lol this is not a paid comment.😂 but now straight up it’s hard to find good workers like that these days as a business owner myself it’s hard. Hats off to ya guys and gals💚💚💚

This location messed up a shipping address for an item being sent to Canada for return. The package appeared on my porch weeks later. The package was very expensive to ship back out of the country and now my item is past the return date. This location is fighting to refund my money for the shipping even though the package never left the us or made it to customs. UPS corporate is telling this location to file the report and refund my money but they are dragging out the process trying not to refund me the shipping. We are currently 2 months into this and they won’t return calls and just tell me they are waiting on ups corporate and ups corporate is telling me they approved the refund. So the store is literally holding onto my money. Will never ship through these crooks again.

I have always appreciated the service I receive at our Watertown UPS Store. They are efficient, knowledgeable , and kind. Today, I almost had to re-package an Amazon return due to the way I had processed it online; however, Singh quickly helped me cancel and resubmit my return within a couple of minutes!! Saved me lots of headaches, frustration, and money. Thank you, Singh!!

I wanted to sent a package and the gal there was rude and embarrassed me in front of all the customers in the store. I was very upset when I left the store. I’m not even sure why she spoke to me the way she did because she was waiting on another customer when I walked in and I was willing to wait my turn.

I came in today & Princess was the employee on staff.I had called prior to communicate I was on my way from Fort Atkinson for my Amazon drop offs. “I know you guys close at 3:30; I’ll be pulling in at 3:29. Will you still be able to accommodate me or will you be closed early?” She mentioned in words that she would stay & do her clean up while I was at the kiosk. She is AWESOME she needs a RAISE if she isn’t getting paid for Overtime! Thanks You Princess for your accommodations!!
