Outrageous plan prices. Better off going prepaid. Seems like they just throw random charges on your bill with no explanation. 2 phones shouldn’t cost over 200$ a month… feel like I’m being robbed. Just think about how many people have phones now x that by x amount, these greedy companies are banking while the average American struggles to pay for bills the way it is.

Went in to upgrade phones with my wife. We have extremely outdated devices and our customer service rep was so cold and unwelcoming. We were greeted with a blank stare and a "what brings you in?" I understand we all have bad days, and things are happening behind the scenes in our personal lives, but the whole interaction felt extremely unwelcoming and cold. We did get new phones and didn't have to pay an exorbitant amount out the door so that is the reason for the couple stars. It felt like Debby had zero customer service skills despite mentioning being there for 5 years after trying to spark something in coversation. She made our phone color choices for us (never gave us options), sat there silent with a blank look on her face during the entire sit down/activation portion, and just made the fun experience of upgrading our phones, pretty mundane and empty feeling. The other associate seemed super nice and friendly and we would have gladly worked with him. If I ever need to visit this store again I will wait for any other employee to work with.

Returned item to store, was to be returned to USCellular warehouse. It been almost a month and its still showing on my bill. Very poor results!!

Originally just went in with a few questions and the intent the wait to upgrade, walked out with 2 new upgrades the same day and a few accessories to go with them! Very pleased with the service at the Wttn location. Huge thank you to David R. for helping us out.

Staff is great but the US Cellular service is awful. I don’t have data on the east side of Watertown or on the outskirts of Watertown. If I wanted a weak signal, I would’ve stayed with Sprint and spend half as much money every month.

The staff was so helpful. They helped me with with all of my questions. Very knowledgeable!
