Took my cat there to get neutered, prices are very reasonable and they took great care of him! Definitely will recommend to anyone looking for a cheaper option to get their animals fixed.

I cannot express a deeper gratitude for the care my baby and I received here at the Humane Society. My Corso puppy needed to be spayed (emergency) due to uterine pyometra and I was able to email (upon my Vets recommendation) discuss and be seen within 24 hrs to cure my baby. I am from Milwaukee so I had to bring my lunch and work along with. They allowed me the space to stay the day while she came out of sedation and work without worry. PLUS the cost was affordable, my pockets and my baby certainly appreciated it. Thanks again to the team of women I met there and I appreciate the recommendation to the Corso rescue to find a companion for our Layla to play with. We are so grateful to you all!

We got Lottie a few months ago for free! We were told she was leary and skiddish around other dogs...you forgot to mention she attacks other dogs by the throat and tries to kill them!!!!! We are now $20,000 in debt due to medical bills for my husband after he ruptured his hamstring trying to get Lottie off of another dog! He is also missing 9 weeks of work! She has attacked 3 other dogs as well. Now she is a threat and a liability! Anywhere we try to take Lottie, she will be euthanized...we are attached and love her and our hearts are broken ? SHAME ON YOU Watertown Humane Society!!!! Shame on you...I believe in Karma and she will come for you...

I gave 5 stars ONLY because until recently they were my go to if I had an animal pass away they took top knotch care of us. This past time...it was a Monday. The website was horrid to navigate. I would've assumed they'd be an after hours line for such incidents and nothing.
Then I went to the new location try to adopt only to be told they have nothing. Everyone was just kind of having their own conversations and not helping at all. I was so disappointed. I brought my dog to Washington County humane society and they were awesome. Gave me paw prints they came in a shadow box and everything.

Great local shelter doing great things and now have low cost clinic for tnr, barn, and rescues one of the best shelters I've had the pleasure of doing business with even during their remodel
