This anytime fitness location used to be quite nice. They got new owners not long ago and they implemented some predatory policies and irreversible fees that the manager said “we have no control over”, on top of already outrageous pricing. The WiFi rarely works and the staff are rude and unhelpful. There are far better gyms for a much cheaper price, steer clear of this one.

Absolutely horrible place & worst costumer service ever. Lady was screaming at me just because she refused me service back in December, and then decided to tell me yeah you weren’t a member back at this time so I can’t do anything but yet still charge me for the membership

If I could give this gym zero stars I would. I purchased a week pass here as for my gym was closed for a week. We walked in and waited a minimum of 10 minutes before we went and looked for a staff member. There was a personal trainer who was training and looked at us multiple times and never said a single word. The one who was in the manager office for the day clearly saw us standing at the door and walked past us 4 times and never said a single word. Finally when she went into the office we went and talked to her and finally got a week pass. The staff here isn’t very friendly. Also the equipment needs a big upgrade very ran down. Also it is very sketchy, I personally do not feel comfortable putting my gym bag in a cubby and hanging my coat on a coat rack. Save your money and go somewhere else that has staff that doesn’t ignore you and is friendly plus has better equipment.

Predatory business plan. Read the contract carefully and don’t even bother going to this gym. $250 to cancel and reading previous reviews it could also be a lifetime contract. Also, it’s $100 upfront. Most gyms don’t have this fee even. Overall a predatory business.

Let me start off and say the staff here are great and saved it from a 1 star. My almost 1 star is directed at the owner of the gym. Anytime is a higher cost than the other gyms around the area. They praise in the sales pitch is because of the quality of the gym and equipment. Well I don't see that here compared to other gyms and other anytime fitnesses. Much of the equipment is old and needs replacement. The treadmills feel like they'll fall apart from running on it. The water from the bubbler is like warm. Man, doesn't everyone like warm water when working out (sarcasm). The lack thereof spaces to store ones stuff is also pretty bad too.Overall, the ownership needs to stop being complacent with the quality of the gym. Almost makes me want to report this to their bosses, maybe should so something will change. Then the staff working here, thank you for all your hard work you do. I hope they compensate you better than the quality of this anytime..

This has hands down been the worst experience at a gym of my life. Equipment is awful, customer service is a disgrace and they are very sketchy. I have multiple friends that are now stuck in a 2 year contract because when they first enrolled in their memberships, the gym manager herself hid the 2 year contract from them just to get them to sign. This gym at to be shut down!

Would give zero stars if I could. I was super excited to start my fitness journey and signed up for the personal training which also included sessions with the head coach. Unfortunately they can't keep staff which means your getting a new coach constantly so you build rapport with a coach only to have to start over and over and over again. No consistency. They say they transfer to a different gym but they are just up and quitting, the environment here is toxic. Not to mention it's uncomfortable to workout as a female here during unstaffed hours. It feels unsafe. The gym is always messy and disorganized, always running out of paper towels to wipe down machines and the bathroom is a mess. Don't join this gym and what ever you do don't sign the contract.

This place is horrible. The equipment is really just basic and meant for old and obese people trying to loose weight. The manager is one of the worst people I have ever met and tried to charge me a $250 fee for canceling my membership early. This manager’s name is Monica, she is someone you should never talk to because she is just a horrible person. Please do not go to this gym as $35 bi-weekly is not a good deal at all. Lastly they let a 17 year old kid sign for a membership without any parents present which is not okay on a legal standpoint.

If xperience fitness didn't close i wouldn't be gym shopping like everyone else lol I was lucky to get an appointment July 3 23. I appreciate that. But they changed the entire process signing up lol what happened to sign up and then done ok leave me alone then. I am forced to meet with a trainer even if it's for 5 minutes. I don't need that and don't want to do that. She told me that I was gonna get 10 hundred dallor gift cards to give out to people i know and I would get a discount or something on my membership. Ok cool. Then she tells me that I need to write down people i know and their numbers for her to call them... noo.... idk what the hell thats about.... I am not putting people's info out there like that. Smh. I am only here because the gym is close and xperience fitness is closed. Not happy with the change....

This owner is a pos. Won’t quote prices over the phone since they want you to sit down etc. just quote me prices, the other Waukesha location quoted me very easily over the phone & I will be moving forward with the other location. Just be upfront with customers & give prices it’s not that hard

Terrible place. Facility is nice, but I had stopped going a few months beforehand. When I tried to cancel, they attempted to extort money from me, even threatening me. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Everything that's made this gym is gone. It's very obvious that this gym changed hands. I'm at the gym 5-7 times a week and it's gone down hill very quickly the last 2 or 3 months. They put in bigger trash cans than before and every weekend they've been full, the cleaner spray is empty and 2-3 of the paper towel holders are empty. They keep moving equipment around and have placed equipment so close now that you can't get around it while people are using it to get to the machines (stair stepper has to walk past an elliptical bike with handles swinging) along with machines for squats now being on an uneven floor and wobbling around anytime you step on it. The 8 kettle bells that they have are either 5 15 30 40 or 50 pounds and half the handles are broken so hope you have good calluses cause they will scrap your hands up. Last week someone taped a glob of hair to the office window because it's building up in the bathrooms and no one cleans them. I don't know how it went from a gym with 2 owners/employees to a gym with 6 managers that can't manage to empty the trash or clean. They are always doing a member drive and post a dozen times a day to Facebook about everything along with at least 2 text a week to my personal number trying to get me to use their trainers. I'm ready to quit here and try a new gym even if it's not anytime (after being a member for more than 2 years) as long as it's takes care of the gym. Very dissapointed.
