Associates were obviously bothered when I walked in. I have a high threshold for bad customer service, but this was absolutely awful. One girl disappeared to the back, with an attitude, the other was extremely rude, and unhelpful, and clearly unmotivated to make any sale. Go to Austin on Longview, he is 5 star material. Jasmine and her friend here are not.

Upon receiving her new phone, my girlfriend initially had service issues due to an incomplete checkout. Tyrique went above and beyond assisting with getting things sorted, including staying past close to help over a phone call. He was extremely professional, and took responsibility for his team.

Everyone at the store was nice. Ty, the manager, helped me get a new phone and everything that goes with it. He even took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. I would recommend this store to people. :)

June 2022 I was in this location was sold on fiber optic cable and a new cell. This location is a joke. Direct tv to which was never installed had taken $1334.97 from my debit card. They ran fiber optic down the middle of a driveway over 600 li. Ft. The did not directional bore under the driveway like a technician said. I went over 60 days with nothing done before all was canceled. This location band me from re-entering because I was rude my last visit. The employees slandered my business on google. Which when I was in it was under my personal name. Now I have channel 6 news reviewing the case for media coverage to resolve getting my money back and march 29, 2023 they leave a message to voicemail stop back in you are a valued customer fiber optic is now available. To funny it not this is real and not even close to being over

When you walk in your not greeted makes you feel like your an inconvenience also they try to send you off without completing your issue you can tell they don’t want to be there

Took my two trade in phones to this store to get credit for them they would not help me cause the phone were pre-ordered online. They were rude as heck to me and I and done with Att and their horrible customer service. These rude employees are wrecking this business .

I would have given more stars if they didn't misquote my bill and damaged a very expensive Samsung screen protector I bought therr and not provide another. I had to pay $10 to get new one under warranty. And the wireless charger nearly started my phone on fire. I spent a lot of money and question if I made the right decision to choose !AT&T.

Walked in a felt like an inconvenience to employees. I was told they could not transfer a phone/trade in old phones because they are a 3rd party location and not corporate but when we went to the Brookfield store they said any 3rd party AT&T store is able to do that. Giving a 3 because the guy who assisted was nice but just not very helpful experience. Had better luck at the Brookfield store.

Do not try to upgrade your phone at this location! I went in to upgrade my phone to an Iphone 13 and was "helped" by the manager Austin. First of all he seemed to be annoyed that I was there. Then proceeded to screw up the upgrade so badly that he got my phone service suspended and my whole families phone service turned off. I am still 5 days later trying to get my phone service back. The only person that seemed to care enough to try to help me at this location was Patrick. But please for the love of god go to a different location like Bluemound.

Between the time we changed to a family plan and the time we received our phones in the mail, my youngest son passed away. Austin, who helped us initially, when I went in to return the phone and make changes to our plan, was absolutely wonderful. He not only went to great lengths to make sure we had the best plan for our needs, he also showed sympathy and kindness for our loss. Simply having to return my deceased son's phone was painful beyond belief, but Austin knew exactly how to handle this situation. I highly recommend using this location. Ask for Austin. You won't regret it.

My family and I recently transferred to AT&T and we made several trips to this store in order to get screen protectors, trade-ins and swap phones. All the employee were knowledgable, friendly and tremendously helpful especially Austin.
