“If you need bike work done, go see Mike at Mokros cycle. He is really a great mechanic, very reasonable, and prompt.
Just had him replace my Giant bottom bracket, crankset and chain ring for a 1X
I’ve been using him for years and he always does an excellent job.
You won’t be sorry.”
“Benjamin was very helpful and experienced in getting me in the correct boot for the ski season. I also needed my helmut adjusted and he corrected it so it fit comfortably. I was very pleased that I stopped in the Brookfield Store!”
“Fantastic support and service. Came in to explore a new bike for my son and left ready to ride. The staff knew exactly what we needed, did not oversell us, and were very patient with all of our questions. We will be back for all of our bike needs going forward.”
“I will definitely go back to this Store whenever I need to buy anything for my bike or have bike issues. Carlos greeted me right away and listen to my issue with my bike seat. He was very knowledgeable on how to fix it . He let me test, drive another used bike that same day. And even though I didn’t spend a penny that day, I will definitely go back when I do need something. You don’t come across that kind of service anymore. So refreshing thanks, Carlos.”
“Popped a spoke on a recently tuned up bike. Out of state ride scheduled the following weekend and many shops were full up for service. I called Hans and he was polite, courteous and told me to bring my bike in that day. Two days later, it was ready for pickup. Good pricing as well and he called me on completion before the weekend. The shop has tons of inventory and is located right off the New Berlin trail. Thanks for taking care of my service issue before I headed out of town for a multi day ride.”
“Great experience, got a great bike, friendly owners, no pressure! Highly recommend:)Side note: I feel like all the bad reviews on here are complaining about the same thing, the owners seem to be clear they don’t work on Walmart bikes. As a person who always had a Low quality bike, I can see why they would refuse to work on them.”
