I opened my account in Whitefish Bay, the staff is amazing! I worked with Robbin and she help me set up my business account. She went far and beyond to direct me to another associate to help me with my business. This is something that she didn't have to do. I will open my personal accounts with BMO also just because of Robbin's dedicated service and support. She was very friendly and welcoming, keep up the great work and God bless!

I ordered checks and wanted just my name on the front. The manager of the bank told me I had to use my address! Wrong answer ! Why do Midwestern people have their addresses on their checks? It does not make sense to me.

This is a very long post that basically says BMO Harris bank is about the worse bank out there. Here it is 2022 and nothing from the below old posts I put out there has changed! If anything it’s gotten worse and they couldn’t care less!!Their mobile banking system sucks (excuse the language but I’m frustrated beyond belief). I’m sitting here on a hold for a representative to ONCE AGAIN unlock my account. Every single time I try to login on to the mobile banking app I’m locked out!! I write down very specifically my logon info but nope does not work. To have to wait 30-45 minutes to get a representative to unlock my account is so ridiculous and unacceptable. There may be people out there that have hours to waste waiting for some representative but I do not. I could continue my rant but why waste more of my time on this lousy bank.
OH AND IF I HEAR THE AUTOMATED VOICE SAY Your call is important to us on ease stay on the line to retain your calling priority ONE MORE TIME I’M GOING TO SCREAM !!!
Shame on me for being so lazy as to not just change banks, we’ll that’s about to change!

Absolutely hate this bank! The website is horrible (one of the worse I have ever seen) customer service does not exist, no help what so ever. I have auto deposits set up so it is very difficult to change banks but I will be working on that after my interaction with their no customer service department today! I have been with this bank over 20 years and it only gets worse !!!

No improvement, things have actually gotten worse if you can believe that. BMO (management) that say they will return calls do not return calls. BMO puts out a major website update before the tutorials are even ready so no way to get in touch with anyone and no way to understand how the new website functions. Website is either down or experiencing high call volume. I could go on but it will only fall on deaf ears with the typical corporate "I'm so sorry you have experienced problems" blah blah balah.

On hold for over 15 minutes waiting to get someone to reset my password for you lousy website, anybody working today??? Figure it out BMO or you will be amongst the many banks that are either gone or bought out. I NEED to get to my accounts answer your stinking phone and for God sake change that stupid music that blasts while on hold.
Ever since BMO took over M&I Bank the customer service has tanked, they don't care. I'm sure I will get a response to this feedback, something to the affect that we are so sorry for the inconvenience, like I said above blah blah blah it won't change obviously it hasn't since 2014. I have several automatic deposits which held me back from changing banks in the past but it will be worth the trouble just to get away from this NO customer service bank! It's pretty obvious BMO Harris is not going to get it's act together. Trust me I will be telling as many people as will listen how ridiculously horrible this bank is!!
I'm now on hold 20+ minutes just to get access to MY accounts. Wonderful 25 freakin minutes to get a rude person to take 30 seconds to reset my password. BMO if you were smart you would dedicate a handful of people just to fix passwords (doesn't take a rocket scientist to do that) especially when it's BMO's "technical" issues that causes the problems in the first place

What an awful experience. I'm trying to close an HELOC from my father, who passed away. The local branch says they can't help. They say I need to contact their mortgage department. How is it they can take the paperwork to start the account, but the can't close it? Manager won't return my phone call either. It's bad enough that my family is going through a tough time. We need to jump through all sorts of hoops just to close an account.

Friendly employees whether you come in, drive thru or call..every one takes the time, and make the effort 2 fix the issue & make certain you understand...plus they have little bowls of "dum-dums"!!

Great customer care over the past few years at this location. Francisca, Adriana and Luis are amazing to work with. Helpful, happy to serve and quick to respond to questions and situations. I have been extremely pleased with banking here at BMO. These 3 individuals have changed my perspective on what a bank is and what a bank should be for it's customers.

Went to pay my car payment at 4PM on a Thursday and the drive through was closed. The website needs to be updated if your locations are going to be closed. I then drove to Brookfield because the website stated That location would be open until 530. However when I got there the drive-through was also close at the BMO Harris in Brookfield. Because your lobby locations are by appointment it is very important and great customer service to have updated hours on your website. .

Called in because I thought I was a victim of ID theft and got Luis! He explained everything and even went above and beyond to find a resolution for me. Luis cares a lot about BMO customers and would recommend this brand because of him!
